Speaking of the Hololy app, I tried downloading it but I got stuck at the loading screen after you accept what presumably is the Terms and Conditions window. Anybody know what's up with that?

They are not illegal, but if people complain to the police, they will come and tell you to cease. That is why there are several spots in the enormous list of beaches Greece has, that are exclusively for nudism throught the country, examples include, far from the city of Athens in Voula, certain places in Crete, almost the entire island of Gavdos (and that's the most known). About partial nudity, like toplessness, if you go to a beach that is mostly visited by families, you might be not allowed to do that, but if you go to beaches that have a more modern aesthetic to them, and are visited by younger people then it's just fine.

Restarting the app a couple of times and just letting the phone do it's thing did it for me.
It's downloading Sora's model, I think. Switching between holos also takes a long time. Again, probably downloading models.

Basically after closing the thread @moments fade pain remains wrote to him a message (and provided video examples) proving that vtubers are your regular streamers, but hidden behind animated avatars, and not women with child-like voices catering to pedophiles. It worked.
