Turns out he watches lots of VTubers, judging by his public YouTube subscriptions.

The dude's largely known for his regular appearances on MauLer's media-discussion podcast EFAP. He's friends with that group of people, and he's even in MauLer's Twitter banner.

This group has a 250+ pages Multimedia thread here, by the way.

From what I quickly skimmed, it seems like most of the people there don't outright hate the group.
And searching for the guy here on the Farms specifically yields a few people saying positive things about his content.

Looking at his Twitter, he's got a pretty decent amount of followers. And some notable ones too.

I'm pointing all of this out because I think it's kinda cool that this dude watches Pippa. And judging by the videos/content I've seen from him in the past, he seems pretty chill.

I do love the standard is, "well we don't outright hate them". Not saying it's wrong, the nature of this site tends towards people focussing on the negative. It does show how much of an outlier this thread and Pippa is though.

Yeah. I didn't look in-depth at the thread, but I would assume that since it's in Multimedia like us, none of the people involved are lolcow-worthy or horrible. And from my quick skim, it appears like most users there just have criticism regarding their content and not really them as people.

Nanashi Mumei: her design is so flat, never heard of the artist so i cant say to much about it BUT i notice they are trying to replicate Gura gimmicks by giving her a little ghostie

Hakos Baelz: oddly Mika Pikazo is her artist,she is not foreign to Vtubers considering she made Kaguya Luna, was in a project that included Vtubers and now she has her own hololiver, she oddly enough looks like a super version of Ollie, she also counts as a FGO artist because she made Sei Shonagon

barring Tsukumo that looks horrible for a Pako design the rest looks cool

I can see why the used artists for FGO some of the stuff they have desgined looks absolutely nuts. Can even go back ans say Inas desgin was an absolute success due partly because of it.

I like all the designs for EN2 (Kronii being my favorite) except the Nature one, she would have looked great if she didn't have that cancer on her face.

We don't need more moles ruining art...

And a hearty lol at people thinking Sana is black or Indian. Like others said, she's tanned, unshielded UAV radiation from stars can do that to you.

Now that I've finally caught up on this thread I can take a break.

My visceral feelings are that the rat girl and deer girl look the best.

The girl on the far right looks like a recolour of Amber from Genshin Impact, the face on the darker skinned character looks terrible, and the helicopter thing just looks really busy and dumb.

I mean, most of enjoyment comes from the voice and personality, and even that comes after a week or two of knowing the chuuba.
Still waiting for holo or niji to release a proper older sister type. Something a treerat could pull off with her actual voice.

I'm pretty sure there's a hyper-contrasted image of the Wave 3 characters and one of them is a big-titted kitsune woman. If they know how to cast they'll give us an Ara Ara girl.
 
Someone on reddit made a mashup with the new artists and their other works. It's really crazy that Cover got well known gacha artist like Pako and Wada Arco as character designer.
I don't get it why Sana seems so "plain" unlike Pakos other designs from fgo. Like someone mentionend before the eyes do intensify the effect, but in the end the personality matters the most.

The only thing i have a problem with is the generation name.
I mean holocouncil sounds weird and bland. They could have used HoloAspect, HoloAvatar or HoloIncarnation and everything will be perfect. They are a manifestation/personification of a concept that's theirs origin. Holocouncil sounds like their job in the lore.
