She even put her own original bars in to keep things fresh, usually does the mixing/animating herself and has a really good singing voice. I didn't know she ever actually became a V-Tuber though.

A-Chan also works on the offline concerts in various capacities. She was the producer for the whole Bloom project. It's highly likely she also is involved in the recording studio and sponsorship stuff.
There's no way she'd have time to run a seperate channel for herself.
