Matt's just gonna dance around the point like a retard and try to b8 gotchas out of people like a lawyer would do. A simple counter argument is yes illegals are people. But being people doesn't mean anything, really. Just as being a person didn't mean you got to vote in 1780 it also doesn't mean you should be in the country or allowed to remain in the country. And since Matt likes talking about traditions in a legal sense. Pretty much every Indian tribe that the US fought it disarmed at a given opportunity and then shipped of to somewhere else. The Seminal wars were fought in part to secure a boarder. So yes in theory the US goberment can recognize the right of every person to bear arms on some intrinsic level that has no bearing on anything. It also can use force to coral and transplant them, striping them of arms if it's necessary, you can even make the argument they can just shoot them.
Also to step out for a second back in reality. "God Given" and "Intrinsic Rights" are just things people believe they are. If enough people don't believe in them they will stop existing. You can quote all the Locke you want. In America at one point people made it unconstitutional to make and sell alcohol except for limited things. Alcohol is made by just exposing a mixture of enough sugars but not too many to air for a period of time. It's as natural as shitting in the woods and it became a federal felony. So if enough mystery meat that doesn't believe in a right crosses the boarder you may lose that right. You may sperg and screech, maybe even start an insurgency. But insurgencies don't really work when the majority of the population will be against the insurgents and for the state.

Doesn't do anything about all his sucking off of immigrants, and since Matt or Ivan lurk here (probably Ivan) I would love to see the study about immigrants taking three generations to be as violent as natural born citizens.

Not particular users but the referenced posts were like ten or twelve by three or four users. On an off topic board. On and obscure forum. And he was pissed about being accused of being libertarian (which he is) in a single post.
Edit: In the parts I listened to at least. I normally watch his show, but after I skipped to the half hour mark and he was still ranting about people not liking illegals, I shut it off, missing most of it except immediately around when we were name dropped.

The study that says immigrants are less violent is literally only legal immigrants. It doesn’t include niggas who come illegally or overstay their visas. It’s a bullshit argument. Great. Let me fully articulate my position for him.

Ultimately this decision to allow illegals to have guns is irrelevant. It changes nothing. Illegals, just like any other criminal, ignore gun laws. What people are upset about is the US government actively facilitating the armament a foreign invasion force.

What Matt is intentionally ignoring (because he doesnt have an argument against it) is that race is real and race matters. The Democratic party is intentionally letting in all these illegals because they want to demographically replace white people in this country. White people are the only race of people that supports gun rights over gun control. If we allow whites to become a minority in this land then we can kiss all our gun rights good bye. It doesn't matter how many principled or ideologically consistent arguments you make. When the left has a permanent control over the government, they will pass all the gun control they want. And they will pack all the courts with black women so it all gets ruled constitutional. Look at the latest addition to the supreme court, KBJ. Look at the current members of the New York State supreme court. Literally google it. They are all black women who hate guns. What libertarians fail to understand, or ignore, is that mass immigration will cause the whole country to ostensibly turn into California. This is the current way the world works. You can either accept it, and adopt policy positions that protect gun rights, or you can ignore it, allow whites to become a minority, and get your head smashed into the dirt by the state for the next 1000 years.
