Lenny McGill got around in the 80s. Dude is a stud.

He was jacked back in the day

I only ever watched a handful of the Leviathan guys, but I realized recently that I'm no longer subscribed to any of them.

Garand Thumb's videos largely became reddit tier meme slop. Long gone are the days of him standing in front of a black background while he autistically discussed a gun, gun accessory or piece of kit. Now he blows up ballistic dummies with tanks with his annoying friends.

I never really cared for Admin Results, but recently I came across some videos he did where he goes over some of his favorite action films. They're probably the best videos he's ever done.

Most of the other guys on the Leviathan roster I either have only seen a few of their videos, or have never heard of them at all. Most of the roster consists of meme slop and blatant shilling. At least Kit Badger still makes decent videos.

I was surprised that sootch00 isn't a member of the Tribe. That guy has never "reviewed" a product he didn't like.
Kentucky Ballistics used to do some really entertaining caliber comparison videos. That's what I'm gonna miss most about Paul Harrel. It's very interesting seeing various calibers and various ammo types compared. Like 380 vs 38spl, 357 sig vs 357 mag. 40 vs 45, 10mm vs 45.

I always watch Paul's videos, even when they're about something I'm not interested in. It's sad to see him go out like this. Fate has a tendency to be particularly cruel to the best people. I'll keep watching as Roy takes over. I know Paul wants Roy to keep the channel alive and be successful. Roy seems to be getting more comfortable in front of the camera as he does more videos. I'm sure Paul's been offering critiques.

Roy needs to get Paul's camera. I don't know anything about videography, but Paul's camera seems kinda grainy and super side angle. Its comforting, like sitting on your grandmother's couch. Roy's camera is too good. Its like 4k ultra HD. Its jarring.

Another guntuber Banana Ballistics is still doing the caliber comparisons. Although I'm not sure if he is or isn't part of the Leviathan group.

Wait, Kit Badger is part of Leviathan?

If so...god dammit.
He is, but he's one of the very few who seems genuinely honest about any product he reviews. I also like that he avoids the high speed cool guy theatrics, goofy editing and reddit memery that many of the top Leviathan cabal dudes absolutely love. His videos have a pretty laidback vibe.

Honest Outlaw isn't too bad either.

Their emotional support is the pursuit of impractical billion dollar superweapon projects. Cause either they and/or Congress almost always choke at the one yard line if it makes it that far and the multi-billion superweapon project(s) get cancelled.

I really want to see how far the XM7 project goes. If it really is adopted by the majority of fighting infantry, I would be shocked. The gun is fine, but that cartridge is just... Well overpowerd for an infantry rifle. Could make sense for a GPMG, and a DMR. So the M250 actually looks like a banger.

GarandThot ruffling the feathers of all the mall ninjas with .300 BLK SBRs in this one, even cheapo 55gr 5.56 beats the shit out of it in close range terminal performance.

If you compare a subsonic round out of a 6in barrel to a supersonic round out of a 10in barrel, the supersonic round is almost certainly going to have more energy. KE=1/2mV^2.
The subsonic velocity out of an unmodified AR lower is the selling point of the round.

I guess someone at leviathan group probably wants people to move over to 8.6 Blackout now, since GT keeps shilling it over and over.

Those guys have a point, though. .300 BLK loads that use high quality expanding projectiles are going to perform better than 9mm. On the other hand, those high quality .300 BLK loads are 3x-6x the cost of 9mm Gold Dot, HST, Critical Defense, etc.

Mr. Thumb shooting subs at 300 yards was goofy. Who knew a projectile going 2400fps would outperform a projectile going 1000fps? .300 BLK subs are for 100 yards and in. That's my unprofessional opinion, anyway.
