There were definite issues with trying to keep an army using these tactics coherent in pre-radio times, but yeah. The tactics were already proven, but it would take a while for the lessons to be internalized. The real irony is that there were plenty of European observers here that subsequently completely failed to pass along the precepts and dangers of Industrial Warfare to the Old World... so 50 years later they walked right into World War I without realizing how horrifying shit was going to get.

Some of the comments are just Z, some are in russian or comments about the mass grave/war footage. It looks like quite a bit of comments might be deleted because you cannot view some of the replies to them, dunno if its on youtubes end or if oxide is trying to wrangle them with what little free time he has considering he's in the army. I hope something happens soon where he goes full retard as it would be entertaining.
