A Finn mosin can go over $2000 now.
If you mean those accurized ones, it was inevitable. Very nice historical rifle which saw use by the underdogs in an inspiring war to retain independence against what'd later be America's number one nemesis during the Cold War? Surprised they didn't rocket a lot faster.

He found out there weren't an infinite number of interesting guns and is now finding that out for just GUNS.
Inrange could've extended his shelf life if Karl wasn't fucking KARL.
Yeah its not like the guy's slowdown is due to fucking off or being lazy. Hes genuinely covered just about every single remotely interesting firearm made in the past 200ish years. Only so much to do with the breadth and quality of his content.

Print Shoot Repeat has announced he will now just be Shoot Repeat due to new YouTube guidelines.

Well shit. That's in the running for "gayest thing I've seen all year", and it's not like there's a shortage of contenders.

I wonder if Susan is going to crack down on other more prevalent 3DP channels like IvanPrintsGuns too.

Guntubers need to start moving to rumble. Mid-sized, non algorithm favored channels seem to actually survive there.

So FN found 400 Belgian police FALs and they are raffling the chance to buy them in order to prevent scalpers. The kits will $900

I still don't understand why Ian decided to keep this upload schedule. He mentioned in one of his "state of the channel" videos that he was committed to the current schedule. It is obviously untenable and he mentioned he would bring out his personal collection when he ran out of firearms. Is it the algorithm making him upload so often?
Judging by the comments, a lot of people are just watching the videos for Ian.

There is a viable pathway to do that, but it requires driving your audience to the secondary platform well in advance of actually needing the second platform.

Instead he has sold out on the one thing which was really giving him any audience. The homebrew guns.

Shill mode: Activated

As stated in the video, I wonder why the Belgian police "turned in" the rifles to FN after they upgraded. Trade up deal? Buyback?
If you can sell someone a turnkey solution including "responsible disposal" of your old stuff, it's pretty compelling. Not that the Belgian police are going to buy from anyone else...

A lot of gun companies offer trade in deals on guns for police and other agencies. They knock a bit of price of the new guns in turn usually will resell them for a bit of the profit. This also saves the department from having to deal with disposing of the guns themselves.

I believe GLOCK started it in the 80s to help sell guns to police departments that could afford to upgrade otherwise.

Edit to add bit a about Gaston Glocks marketing genius.

Glock did whatever he could to get his gun in the hands of as many American LE as possible, and it worked.

Business courses should include entire units on Glock, the man knew how to move an actual product and not just scam venture capitalists.
