It's not the worst thing a youtuber can do but it is a bad sign especially how Ian is going about doing it. A 30 second ad read here and there is annoying but for the most part harmless. Doing entire videos where the whole purpose is to shill and doing them at this volume that should concern people. You very much are treating him like a sacred cow if you refuse to acknowledge that.

It's a clear shift in content and attitude. It's not about showing off cool obscure guns with a cool obscure history anymore. It's a primarily money making venture now. It's okay from Ian's perspective to not post the content people subscribed to him for in the first place in favor for shill content. The actual point of the channel becomes second fiddle to selling you shit. That's the core of the "shill" complaint. No one would care if Ian decided to Troon out tomorrow and promote anti-gun legislation. They would care that there is no one to document and show off old *forgotten weapons* anymore.
I agree with Cokeman that this methhead will take a deal and rat some people to the feds. Hell, he did that for free on YouTube and put the crosshairs on his "friend" who made the keycards.
Whether you agree with the law or not, if you record yourself breaking the law, you deserve to get arrested. Even if someone at the ATF was sympathetic and just wants to ride a desk and not do anything, you forced their hand.

Nah, that museum was always crap, if you want to see the real stuff you need to travel to the WTS (Wehrtechnische Studiensammlung) in Koblenz.

The WTS basically has everything German Army, Navy and a little bit Luftwaffe but sadly not everything in working/running but as a whole the Museum is top notch. They als have a quite sizeable firearms collection with everything used from Germany since I don't know when including the really old shit like flintlock pistols and muskets from the Thirty Years War.
I know I'm like six months late responding to this, but it's a scam because the title in question isn't official. To be an actual Lord (or Lady) in Scotland you have to sit in the House of Lords. Some random company based in Hong Kong doesn't have the authority to bestow peerages upon people. If you need a frame of reference for how idiotic this really is, it would be like if I set up a company that sells Europeans a square foot plot of land in Missouri and then told them that this entitled them to use the title of Senator.

There some really good museums all around Europe. Ofc there is the Tank Museum in the UK, and then there is the French tank museum in Saumur which has the sole King Tiger in running condition or the Flugwerft Schelißheim are just a few of them.
