They never produced Russian small Arms ammunition in quantity. They rebarrelled captured SMG's to take 9x19mm. For a military that was notoriously shit at logistics I don't think it simplified much, compared to just manufacturing 7.62 Tokarev, and mass issuing them to specific formations.
Tbf I don’t think converting a 7.62 Tok gun to a 9mm Parabellum gun is that difficult considering that the Vietcong (with very limited or nonexistent industrial capacity) did it in reverse with the MAT-49, and it would’ve made more sense than starting up a production line for a separate cartridge.

oh my god stop sperging and make a thread for it jfc

Ian did a video with a guy from some shit optics company called gideon optics which plays off like a pseudo ad, "hey I'm honest about how shit our optics are and you can't really tell how good optics are gonna be these days because uuuuh reasons! So check out gideon optics!" also really shitty audio, Ian really upping his audio engineering game.
Talking to the customer "honestly" and being humble/showing humility is the new meta strategy in marketing, unfortunately
Nobody knows what the fuck goes into production so if they give you a glimpse of the process they expect you to nod your head and accept that cheap shit is okay

Joke's on him, I run my rifle with only the finest Tru-Glo red dots, he isn't getting a cent from me

Also the story of the German use of Tungsten (wolfram) for APCR rounds is really interesting. If they had managed the use of Tungsten then it would never have been an issue. German industry insisted that they couldn't reduce their use of Tungsten for machine tooling, or electronics, British and American industry were able to reduce their usage, and they did it just in case supplies were interrupted (which they weren't)
America and Britain were able to reduce the use of tungsten in machine tools by substituting molybdenum which is plentiful in the US. The only occurrence of molybdenum in Europe is a single mine in Norway which had its own transport problems. The idea of using molybdenum in tool steel as a tungsten substitute started in the early 1930s so Germany would have been aware of it. Germany just didn’t have the resources needed to leverage these advances.

Germany devoted resources instead to developing tungsten carbide tooling which while using more tungsten, would out last all tool steels by 2-3 times and could be reclaimed and reused unlike shooting it at the enemy.

Because retarded "conservatives" and "libertarians" having this idea that if gays and blacks got into guns the government wouldn't ban them because then they could point the finger and say they are oppressing minorities
Oh yeah I’ve heard that point before, I could give it more than one rainbow but that would be an understatement, so here’s this.

For retarded and nonretarded white "conservatives" they desperately want blacks to love them like how they love blacks. And never did got over that most of the blacks willingly gone back to being plantation and house niggers to their former slave owning leftist democrat masters when the Civil Rights Act passed.

Been binging 9 hole review videos. Are there any other gun channels that do good discussion videos like them on both the technical details of the firearm, the history of the firearm, and the design philosophy of the firearm? Cant stand these retard tier "review" videos with editing and music that make it look like a Call of Duty trailer (Garand thumb)

At least he's not sootch00. Is there another gun tuber who's spent as much time posing in front of the mirror with his firearm as sootch00? The guy never met a gun he didn't think was outstanding (for money.) The only reviewer that's more irritating is Lt. Col. Begformoney
