Literally the same reason I bought mine, lmao.

My dad has an old Marlin 60 from like the '50s. It has a squirrel inlaid into the stock. It's a far better gun than the one I bought in the mid '00s, but mine has been pretty much flawless outside of the finish and tooling marks that it has vs the old one.

My Dad taught my brothers and I to shoot from a very young age with a lever action .22 Browning.

I wish that gun was still around, but it was stolen in a burglary decades ago.
