A couple of weeks ago the IRGC was forming literal Volkstruum units made up of retired IRGC soldiers, Iran-Iraq War vets, and other volunteers and equipping them with whatever AKs they had laying around. They have to air these tutorials on national TV because there hasn't been any internet in Iran since February except for people paying $50 to $100/per GB to use a VPN or regime loyalists who have been whitelisted.

ROTFLOMG. I can *barely* handle a SAW at the range well enough to be consider adequate....the mere thought of a completely untrained dune-coon trying to actually hit anything he's aiming at on purpose is almost hilarious. "Scraping the barrel" works just as well IRL as it does in Hearts of Iron.

Unironically put premium into my 2ndhand commuter for years because it was the only thing for 200 miles around that wasn't contaminated with fucking ethanol. My mechanic eventually bought the engine out of it and it kept another Toyota running past the 200k mile mark.
