It is a cuck out assuming they don't resume construction after the election.

They already delayed construction there for years due to environmentalist pearl-clutching and built the wall everywhere else. It is now one of the only gaps left:

Pretty sure you're thinking of San Vincent (if I'm remembering the name right) which is pretty much dead now. There was a time when the park would hire the Mexicans for the wildfire season but that stopped about 20 years ago now. There used to be a crossing ferry that would take Americans over the border for cheap beer and food, but that was prior to 9/11 when the locked everything down.

Illegal crossings are still a problem in the park, but it's just not that big a deal. They run pretty frequent patrols and have a bunch of electronic fence stuff setup these days. Biggest reason there's no need to build a wall down there is just how remote and sparsely populated it is. Winter is the only time it would be feasible to cross on foot and the park is busier then, more eyes on the road. Crossing in summer is suicide. Closest town is Terlingua and it's more of a village, after than it's Alpine or Marathon and those are tiny as well. Might have changed since I was last that way but Border Patrol has checkpoints on 90 so all traffic heading out of the park gets stopped at some point, they let the terrain take care of things mostly. If they were going to build wall, they should do it on the southern side of 90, it would cut 100's of miles off the total length and do the same thing.
 
The ultimate solution is to just nuke mexico, if there are no brown people left you don't have to worry about securing it. You could even sell tickets as like a fallout larp experience in the resulting wasteland.
In more guntuber related news I tuned into a focus trip stream for the first time in like 6 months only to hear all his discord mods on some sort of voice chat. That logan sucks at shooting guy sounds so stereotypically reddit autistic I actually had to stop the stream vod and go find something else to take up space while waiting on a client at work. Also the anime seems to be infecting his little community thing more and more, the clock has now started on how long before one of his capos gets outed for degenerate shit or trooning out.

It's been like that for months. I think it was enough to get Fuddmonger to quit this thread because it was too much, even for him.

Brassfacts and Hop have been missing for a while but Hop still follows and comments on Tripp's instagram posts so they are probably still on good terms.

Back to Trench after covering the Botkins

Trench returns with his review of the Meridian AK. He starts with assuming actually shooting your guns is a rare thing most people don't actually do. He than says he did a high round count review of the gun, and by high round count he means 3000 rounds. So not a high round count at all. The 15 min video can be summed up as it's a nice gun but it's expensive, that's it. Oh also Ultimak rails get hot, in case you didn't know that somehow.

I guess in case you're such a retard you need that explained to you. It needs to be mentioned how Trench seems to think his own audience is a bunch of retards who don't actually shoot, I don't disagree but it's odd he is also seemingly aware of this. His argument at first appears to be that voting is gay and won't fix anything but he also says not voting doesn't help either. He rambles about the belief in the governments legitimacy being the basis of that legitimacy but this is all basic year one political science stuff you should get if you're not retarded (unlike Trench's audience) , He then declares that water shortages will be the ignition point that kicks off the second American civil war/revolution. Oh yeah this all happening next year if you weren't aware. Oh yeah this shortage will also be caused by data centers lol. Something something something Jews Epstein class. We need a decade of isolationism to fix internal issues. Also Israel, he says that he's just going to leave that word there and if you don't get it you're not paying attention. He refers to the civil war as the war of northern aggression.

I've been meaning to mention this but it's wild how close he gets to fed posting considering how much he loves to bring up being in the Army. He just loves to bring up him military resume as a form of legitimacy and authority. Yet he has so many videos about the collapse of the US gov and the coming civil war.


I didn't even watch this one and I'm not going to, but despite being a fed he loves to get so close to fed posting. He has also slowed his content down and is only doing one video day.

The three principal issues that the French faced in the interwar period was massive political unrest, severe economic population and industrial downturn, and geographical misfortune. Given the circumstances the French military made many missteps in hindsight but really did do the best that they could given the circumstance. What really fucked them bad was the timidity and indecisiveness of the French government more than anything.

Someone once argued, and I wasn't entirely opposed to the notion, that people need to separate the French government from the French military.

I'm not going to claim to be an expert on the matter, but when the Free French Forces and French Liberation Army joined the Allied effort, no one had an issue with the performance of French soldiers.

You also have to remember, however, that far more French men and women actively collaborated with the Germans than resisted occupation. It’s not to throw shade at the French, but it’s disrespectful to the Poles and Yugoslavs who suffered millions of casualties from the occupation and reprisals.
