For anyone familiar with the situation itself, I am "The Knight." I had control of Pho's Twitter for about 2/3 days--after the metadata was faked.

To prove Lisp's guilt, I leaked a censored version of Pho's nudes from the metadata memories (downloadable for a 1 week period after metadata download) back to Lisp. How it proves his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt when combined with the door evidence will be explained in "Part 2." I emphasize that this was not an autistic fuckup and instead will make perfect sense after the explanation.

I couldn't do this without full access to Pho's metadata. That wasn't the purpose of the leak, but it's convenient for proving my legitimacy/involvement.

Additionally, the "he" refers to me.

1. Literally 5 days prior. I did not know Pho or Lisp prior to this drama, maybe bar speaking in Lisp's discord a couple times. Never spoke to either.
2. Both. I had to play it up to make it look like I was a little bit remorseful, but at no time was I ever in, like, actual mental distress. If anything, this was more trying to get the pity of Paqoe (this doc was sent to her), so she would get off her ass. It didn't really work. I did the same to an even crazier extent later in DMS with another person involved, but they didn't really bite either.

Note that I have threatened Lisp a lot after this point but have been a skid since I then, after the fact,realize that holding my cards is best.

If you don't believe me for #2, note that I've been playing deception games (Mafia) on forums/chats since I was eleven (11!!) if there's ANYTHING i can fake, it's appeals to emotion.

Don't source Insxne for anything in this situation. He is a fucking moron. While arbitrating, we know he nearly committed, and my best guess is that Lisp got involved and consoled him, which basically imprinted Lisp in his brain, so literally any information that comes out is in Lisp's favor. The shit he says about me/pho/the situation is all either sourceless or full schizo bullshit. He can cope, and I'll come for him after the dust settles.

Important addendum: By 5 days prior, I mean 5 days before the faked metadata/me taking over Pho's account. My first interaction with Lisp was questioning him on the accusations.

I did some digging and found out that the whole situation wasn't about lexy at all. It was about some random GD artist RazorKawa (Real name Brooklyn) who was a big fan of Icedcave (to an unhealthy degree) and wanted to be with him so bad that she lied about her age just to be with him

I couldn't find what she said, I searched through the entire archive of her tweets and found nothing, but judging from her response it seems like she was accusing Icedcave of being a groomer. This behavior is pretty common, if a girl who's infatuated with a guy to an unhealthy degree breaks up with him she starts to breakdown and start saying shit like "I hate you, you never loved me" etc

TLDR: An obsessive woman lies about her age to get into a relationship with someone she's obsessed with. When the guy founds out about this he shits himself, breaks up, and decides to explain the situation before any rumors about him come out. The woman in question gets upset over a breakup and starts to accuse him of being a pedo, gets backlash, and DFE herself

But one question remains, what does lexy have to do with it? Well, I have no idea. It seems like it was just a rumor that got spread all over the community, as I have found no evidence of her involvement in this situation. Here's lexy's response to his involvement

There's no shot there would be a mass "Lexy accused Icedcave of Grooming!" without this being public prior to this in any shape or form. I agree, but to me, it seems like we would never find out. Twitter drama faggotry is always a pain to research since everyone who's involved in them always DFE themselves. Lexy in particular has done multiple types types due to being called out on his bullshit. Yep, not possible. Lexy has gone on record to say that I'm the only person in the community less reputable for drama than she is.

Icedcave has also said it's not relevant, so it's very unlikely he would give me any information.

Even if you don't believe Lisp is a pedophile, the screenshots we have of him talking sexually to Pho (who now claims to be 14, which Lisp accepts) that he admitted are real with a 14/19 relationship is enough to convict him of a 3rd degree felony in the state of Texas.

1. Romeo and Juliet law does not work in a 14/19 relationship. Age of consent in texas is 17
2. "He said he was 16" is not a legally upheld defense. He would need some other solid proof of him being 16 (for example, if Pho had driven a car at some point) but he doesn't have that
3. What Lisp did falls under "Online solicitation of a minor" in Texas Penal Code, which is a third degree felony. Would be a second degree if Pho was 13, but since Pho is 14 it's a third degree.

Third degrees are 2-10 years behind bars in texas.

There is a player named Razsagal whose levels are almost exclusively near-copies of existing levels. "Perfect Storm" by him is a harder remake of another level called "Perfect Storm", and "Dr Razsagal Pheonix" is a weirdly named v2 of the memory demon "Theory of FirePower" by Dorami.

And the funniest part is when he built "Moonlight Crystal", and he finally snapped amid accusations of stealing deco and gameplay from "Crystal of Miracle" by Woogi1411. He updated the level to an exact copy of the "original", and screamed on the level description, "Now I will show you what the real copy means!"

Thankfully, that one was deleted, but the others remain.

I need one more piece of info, and I am probably not getting it without someone else asking. The question is: Who was on the call when Ph0bic's metadata was accessed? More specifically, who behind the scenes saw the blank metadata and used it to say Ph0bic was lying?

Don't ask Paqoe. Obviously, she is definitely on the list, but she'll likely refuse to respond.

The people on this list are the people getting fucked, BTW. The plan is to blame them, force them to respond, and then, in admitting that they were wrong, force Lisp to respond to the reasonings I outlined in prior posts. Because right now, Lisp can call me a schizo, and the entire community will believe him, lol. But he can't source anything he says (ESPECIALLY THAT "PHO ADMITTED IT WAS FAKE," WHICH IS SO HILARIOUSLY BULLSHIT, the piece of evidence* he admitted to faking was the metadata, and I've covered this 50000x with people that it didn't matter. Reference: my wall post a while ago)

This assumes that the people I expose for misconstruing evidence take responsibility for it, though. Paqoe won't; she'll ignore it until it looks worse for her not to. So my main hope is that Surjaco is on this list or something so he can take the fall. Remember, Paqoe has gone on record multiple times to say I'm right that Lisp is a pedophile. She hasn't done anything because she's "tired of drama" (afraid of Lisp fans challenging her squeaky clean public image).

Plus Insxne, who I know was someone who pushed the fake metadata = pho wrong rhetoric, attempted suicide after the faked metadata came out (as he was close friends with Lisp). Lisp was one of the people who had to talk him down. So, for Insxne, the hypothetical that Lisp is a pedophile means he attempted suicide out of guilt of exposing a pedophile who manipulated him into thinking he was wrong, and that pedophile talked him out of it. Since I know Lisp is a pedophile, I know that's the world we live in. I can imagine how that conversation went in context: "It's not your fault!" "I forgive you!" Just imagine that. Tragic irony. Remember, during the false accusations made toward Lisp in 2020, Insxne was the one who talked Lisp down when Lisp was considering suicide as well.

So yeah, you can ask Insxne, but the more likely result is that he'll say nothing until Lisp admits. If that happens, I'll hold Insxne's noose and see how many "I'm sorry"s he can get out before his windpipe collapses.
