Those arm sleeves are just a femboy fetish shit. There are real uses for arm sleeves but his are the wrong material.
They are mainly used by FPS players to glide over the mousepad which I think is gay as fuck and they don't do shit but his are just for the femboy look since the pattern is also one that is used in many femboy art pieces.
