Practically every community that is 99.9% male, 13-17, is a ticking time bomb for this stuff now. One MtF walks in, gets social status for being a girly pop gamer, and they all want to jump on that train. I’ve had 8 online friends “crack their egg” in a single week at its peak.

Soon you don’t even recognise them anymore, as half their presence turns to being anime avatar “boymode” demons, spamming out about estrogen for the 14 hours a day they’re online. Even actual trannies have better things to do with their life than play geometry dash, lol.

Having personal interactions with those people is always an interesting perspective too. One of these “friends” told me, “I don’t even have dysphoria, but you can be a girl just because you feel like it”. 3 months later they’re spamming out hit tweets about pressing matters people are just too hecking ignorant to accept yet, like that they’re all actually biological women.

I'm not familiar with geometry dash but this is exactly what I expected coming into this thread. There's a certain disturbing flavor you get from communities that are mostly made up of kids right around puberty age, who suddenly all troon out en masse as the hormones and insecurity hit like it's a rite of passage.

The type of sexual deviancy many young teens are exposed to today are things that only the most degenerate adults were into 20 years ago (furries, transgenderism for the most part, polyamory, porn, etc.) Now it’s been rebranded as exclusivity with a cute little pink bow tie on top. You can also tell something has dramatically changed in this community over the last 5 years. Before, people with that type of mental illness were kicked out quickly, and it wasn’t nearly as common.

It’s incredibly fucking frustrating to see my community getting raped, and saying anything about it will land you in hot water.

Not to sperg too much about this but i really think for boys around puberty age there is this desire to feel mature, and where in the past this would manifest as aggressively trying to embrace being masculine, nowadays if you're a nerdy type for whom that kind of thing doesn't come naturally it's seen as mature to troon out because it's soft, gentle, moral, sexual, contrasting to the silly and hyperactive little kid they probably used to be. They are jealous of the emotional maturity and social life available to women and trying to emulate it. I've been in many communities with the exact same kind of dynamics going on.

I mean, for a lot of people, Geometry Dash is their life. So of course they don’t have any real sense of real world maturity. A lot of these people just sit at home playing the new bullshit top whatever to get list points instead of actually living life. For a lot of these people a bit of touching grass unironically would fix most problems for them. Also spending a lot of time on Discord (around the wrong people) will also fuck up your brain.

But even a couple years ago being a nerd didn't predispose people to troon out so idk maybe??
 
IMO COVID was a big reason why degeneracy is much more common these days. The troons were able to get a foothold and kids being stuck in quarantine with perpetual internet access snowballed out of control.

If Spanish YouTubers and Wikipedia are to be believed, somewhere along the way RobTop fucked off to run a horse-breeding ranch, so the people running the game were the troons. Hell, it's almost 2 years since 2.2 dropped and RobTop still hasn't released Explorers.

This doesn’t sound like it’s true for all mtf teenagers, but I feel like this has to apply to at least some of them. Many teenage mtf people have a strange way of viewing themselves during their early childhood.

yeah, certainly there are different types. I think for most mtfs it really comes down to the shitty situation that young, lower-status men are in nowadays. becoming a pretend-woman and immersing yourself in that culture, dating other pretend-women is a nice escape valve; notice how there are way more of these people than there are men who identify as gay or men who date other cis men, like half of them are 'trans lesbian'. This is why I don't like to rag on trannies too much even though they also have that tendency to copy the 'mean girl' personality and act like the most annoying motherfuckers on the planet, they're a product of fucked up societal circumstances more than anything.

COVID accelerated pretty much any internet related social phenomenon you can think of, but this shit was exploding in the late 2010s as well, it really started in 2013-2015.

The document attached is 114 pages long and covers incidents over a span of 5 years (2020-present).

Notably, the incident where he threatened to kill his mom after she turned off the Wi-Fi wasn't a one-off. Pages 80-92 of the document details an incident in 2021 where he beat and attempted to stab his sister because he was mad at some rhythm game.
