Forgot to take a screencap but I think I just spotted a turdlog in 10 seconds flat. It's been submitted to the leaderboard though so if the AI agrees it'll be topping the board for a while.

Looking at the Pindia thread, it looks like they switched to "try not to find any trash" because otherwise you tend to win within miliseconds.

While they don't take care of ANYTHING I must admit, that's quite pretty.
Some of the buildings scream highschool bathroom rape dungeon but others are really something interesting. Kinda like the shops made of painted plywood and tent materials but make it look semi presentable, almost like a carnival stall.

What is collectively wrong with these people that they think it's okay to live like this? Does India just constantly reek like a landfill? I imagine they're one of the biggest contributors to that migrating mass of trash floating around in the ocean. I've heard the Philippines (or somewhere near it) was also a big contributor, but it's ridiculous to see that these 'people' just make no effort whatsoever.

Reminds me of the San Francisco Poop Map. I wonder if this game could develop a similar poop spotting density map when/if all the bugs get worked out and when/if more people start playing it. It’d be interesting if then there could be a “challenge mode” of sorts added where, when enabled, the game will try and drop you somewhere where poop sightings aren’t submitted as frequently.

From what I read in the Pindia thread, it's absurdly simple: it's just the caste system. Handling trash in ANY WAY is reserved for Untouchables. Nobody wants to be an Untouchable, so even carrying your empty drink bottle to a trash can is lowering your status. Throw it on the ground to show how important you are.

It's the "they started worshiping the toilet" meme but on a billion plus national scale.

I wonder if shitting in the street is also a caste dominance thing? Someone lower will clean it up for me. *wipes ass with left hand*

Also do submissions work from TOR browser? I saw it say "image capture" and know that most stuff that tries to capture part of the screen doesn't work in TOR (like the new google reverse image search UI) and just spits out a jumbled mess of pixels.
