It’s possible he could have been arrested, no? I mean people did say his car still had jaks on it. He would have needed to go outside at one point if he was free?

If he was, he's not being held by Pima county currently. It's possible he was booked and released the same day, and the page showing Tucson Police Department arrests is currently down for maintenance, so that can't be verified this second. The only potentially related case I could find here was a speeding ticket from 5 years ago. So, there's no indication that he was recently arrested either. It's possible, but nothing conclusive.

99% chance Orion is alive, not incarcerated, and still living with his grandma in Tucson. I would not be surprised if these attempts to thwart us were him doing damage control (referring to rumors started by anons on the sharty and such).
