This is related to an interesting idea I have heard tossed around in this thread, would it be possible to fix someone like Goonclown ? Not necessarily goonclown himself but someone like him who also liked gooning,diapers and whatever the fuck else.

I go back and fourth on this. I know someone IRL who says they used to be into cross dressing as a pre teen but grew out of it at about 15. I ask him why he thinks that is and he doesn't know.

In Orion's case, I really believe he does not want to change. He's said himself it's taken six (iirc) years for him to accept being a pedophile and to stop feeling guilty about it. Six years of conditioning yourself to not view something as immoral is really hard to undo, and I doubt with the sexual gratification it gives him he ever would want to.

My point is that there is a certain point where your average person will disregard weird shit people do in their private home or on the internet, no matter how heinous, since it doesn't effect them. If you ate a pizza that had a whole lot of goonsauce on it or were unfortunate enough to notice him whacking one to rainbow dash in his work toilet, that would be a whole different story. Are screenshots and discord server dumps legitimate evidence that can't be tampered with? IDK how the discord server dump code works, but I do bleieve its not a natively supported feature in the app right? Guessing it generates a database or json of the data to parse though or something? Is there anything to show its been altered after the dump occurred? No clue how it works, just curious about some of the archival methods and if they're good enough in the eyes of the law.

I do think its just more likely that they just don't care or are computer illiterate and don't know what any of the evidence even is. Its sad but it feels like these people only see repercussions if they get a lot of negative attention online, or after the issue boiled over and someone was hurt...

If nothing else, this is a good example how police won't do shit. If there really were any spooky deepweb swatting groups that weren't just asshurt trannies or feds, he would have been swatted six times over by now.
