There's no technicality on this. Kero got away with what he did because the statute of limitations put it out of reach. Child molestation is in some states 20 to 30 years, so there's a large window of opportunity for his nieces and nephews to come forward.

Watching this and reading this thread has really popped a strange question in my mind. Christianity has stated that sex should be firmly performed solely for the purpose of reproduction and nothing else. Was that sort of sexual moral framework right to an extent? I feel like people are getting more depraved through sexual addiction leading to people treading waters of more arousing and fucked up fetishes that are more intense and hardcore.
