Goonclown is an extremely good example of hyper-normalization, both from himself and the culture he reflects upon. The development of the internet gives communities an opportunity to be submerged into an echo chamber that inhabits a feedback process (literally intensifying itself); hence why you see extremely abstract and insensible fetishes in goongate. Things like this will strengthen by it's own errors, meaning it'll be progressively more difficult for law enforcement to mitigate the widespread issue (as if their nepotism wasn't bad enough). A lot of times, vigilantism is relied upon in order to bring anything useful to the surface, and that alone is an utterly reprehensible reality.
