I tend to agree, but I don't feel good about it. Kids at 15 don't have their shit figured out. 20 years ago, there was a decent chance someone with that or any other fetish in their teen years would grow out of it and realize it was wrong. Obviously, if they are caught hurting animals or people, that's another thing. They need to be incarcerated for the safety of the community and hopefully educated in a way so they can get over whatever their fucked up thing is and move on as adult.
Instead, now you have the zoo podcast telling them it's normal and should latch onto it as a sexual indentity. There's no reason for them to ever grow out of that hormonal fuckup they experienced as teens. And there's online communities for any other degenerate fetish you care to name. I'm not even mad, just sad. It feels hopless and I can't see any way of ever coming back from it. The internet is truly the greatest and the worst invention ever made in the history of mankind.
