Ubiquiti is okay but the hardware is niggercattle slop that either requires a mobile application or you have to download a java webapp running on tomcat locally to configure it.

I would not use anything from them for serious infra.

Ya I think Null's needs have ascended above cheapy and point-and-click gear. Someone already mentioned MX Junipers. MX204 is the 1st step on that level. There may be better values out there but Juniper, like Cisco, has the advantage of a massive userbase he can tap in to for help configuring it.
