GSG was told by their processor not to do anything else associated with the Kiwi Farms. We did get paid out 100% though. They said any actual reasons as to why is also against their processors TOS to tell me

It's the payment processors, not GiveSendGo, that are the problem. If I had to guess, GSG actually fought to pay out, otherwise the payment processor could have just denied it like they always do.
