My friend @thames_pilgrim has gone to countless events where women are speaking so that he might diffuse tension among the men who want them to stop.I've seen him work, he does an excellent job. I'm yet to see any evidence that the title or description are anything but libellous. I'm no legal expert but it would seem to be Graham's loss if he hasn't acted on it. I know Graham calls troons "groomers" a lot but for my money "nonce" carries much more specific paedophilic connotations.

My tuppenceworth: I'm surprised they've gone as far, but at this point I wouldn't be shocked if they get him on criminal damage. I haven't seen any footage of the phone throw, and I'm biased because I don't think men can become women, but I think Graham's response sounds proportionate.

As for the harassment without violence, I don't know how any court could watch the above footage and find that Glinner harrassed anyone any more than Tarquin did. He displays a clear pattern of behaviour, abusing his freedom to attend these events for seemingly no purpose other than causing disruption, getting in the attendees' faces and trying to obtain their personal information in order to intimidate them. Then again, this is clown world.

I'm no legal expert but it would seem to be Graham's loss if he hasn't acted on it.

He's skint. He got divorced and kept living London life without a real steady income. Suing someone for libel is insanely expensive in UK (as is defending yourself, as it is a civil matter you do not get any form of legal aid) and to go through all that for pride and no other reward is insane.

You'll see a lot of people online saying they'd happily sue people but not a single one of those people will have ever been involved with the stress of a court case. They can eat up so much of your life were you could be earning rather than burning thousands of pounds per day.

I'm sure there have been people helping him out but he's mentioned in interviews about having to to hide his car as it was in danger of being repossessed. If that's his life with help there's no way anyone is funding his court case for him. Even crowd funding would be a risk as by the time you've raised funds to do it anyone smart would have liquated any assets and spent/hidden any money they had by then,
