You know, you made me ponder a lot about entertainment media (Comedy, or "Horror-Comedy" to be more accurate, his humor is how much mood whiplash he can achieve in a minute, it's not for everyone of course, because it's a little "out there" , this is why I keep saying it shouldn't be taken so seriously like so many people in this thread have done
I'm going to say it out loud, but I think you might have been so biased against Murder Drones that you're starting to believe some of the more outlandish shit like rewriting mid-production as an explanation as to why you think the show is bad in your opinion,
I'm glad you can enjoy Murder Drones, but for me, the only thing that's good about it are the gorgeous visuals. For the life of me I can't find any sort of enjoyment into it, ironic or not, and all I can do is to compare it with something else:
It's not like the Bee Movie which I find to be one of the funniest animated movies of all time due to how bonkers it is.
It's not like Invader Zim which I find the pinnacle of "child-friendly" comedy-horror done right.
It's not like Don't Hug me I'm Scared in how to make a surrealist horror done right.
It's not like Final Destination or The Purge in how over-the-top some of the deaths are, which makes some of them kinda """hilarious""" due to its insanity.
It's not like Tails Gets Trolled that despite the crude drawing, awful spelling dialogue, awful pacing and insane plot, it still has a followable story and there's a lot of ironic AND unironic enjoyment.
It's not like Ratboy Genius in how easily it is to immerse yourself into its insanity.
It's not like The Room (bad movie) or Napoleon Dynamite (good movie) on how dry the humor can be.
It's not like GMOD Videos that everything is being loosely tied together in a plot for sake of comedy.

And like Dynamite Bean said:
And the thing is, you don't need to be the very best at something to be worth to watch, but I have nothing of valuable I can take from MD besides the visual aspect, and that sadly isn't enough for me. Again, if you like MD, cool! But you can like something that's not good, like I said in my sperg, I like the Bee Movie, it's absolute comedy gold, but you won't catch me dead saying that I think it's a good movie.even then, if i were to enjoy murder drones from an ironic perspective, i don't see anything worth my time, there are some things you do need to have a mindset to enjoy and get into, certain things are so silly and wacky you have to embrace it but with a lot of those you get something out of it you wouldn't get elsewhere
what exactly does murder drones offer that is so good and unique I wouldn't find it in anything else?
