I do kind of think the instagram fakery should have its own section. It seems like a big deal. She is blatantly portraying a lifestyle she can't afford, and lying about things as bizarre as eating a bowl of fruit. She has ~25k followers on instagram who seem wholly unaware.
There was some buzz in the news recently about a girl coming out about how her "candid" instagram photos were anything but, and I think what Gloria does is far worse, albeit on a smaller scale.
As for the house, I disagree that the Tesches were photoshopped in. There are other photos of Gloria in and around the house, even on that day. The house belongs to Julian, who runs the Wearable Art project she models for. He sometimes throws parties and events for the models.
She is absolutely vague about the house, and it could reasonably be implied by her followers that it is her house. But I don't think she photoshopped her family in.
The only reason I can think to do this is if she wanted to portray the image of a happy family. But that doesn't seem like her usual MO and I haven't seen any other evidence of extreme photoshop. She's mostly content to steal photos that portray a luxury lifestyle.
I would help write up the instagram section, if you decide such a section is warranted on its own.
