Youtube wants to force shit down peoples throats. They do this by shadow banning or straight up banning controversial creators, and if you are into controversial content they promote videos that is antithetical to what you watch. It is no wonder why they try to get you to watch some incel looking pre-op tranny.
 
He has a Newer channel with some odd rants but rarely active at all and his last activity was over 3 months ago so I'm not sure why you are getting all upset about him over a recommendation and decide to post about it instead of just ignoring it like the hundreds of other old recommendations pushed daily.
