Anyone knows of any forums where this can be discussed where it is the main thing?

The first one that came to my mind is the flat earth website. That's more for fun though. There are also threads on here that have dedicated topics as well.

For a dedicated website, probably Godlike Productions is your best bet. It requires membership, but the membership is free as long as you agree to some text wall.

Click "Discussion Topics" in the top left and you're golden. Just keep in mind that most conspiracy theories can be explained and are nonsense.
