He is, as far as I can tell, still a carbon based lifeform.

Unless tattoo ink isn't carbon based, then he's probably at least 60% whatever chemical is in them by weight.
 
He'll make a very filling meal for the deranged bridge hobos and stray cats who find his body after he dies from sepsis.

He's not going to reproduce so his horrible genetics will die with him and his bloated corpse will someday feed many stray animals.
