I feel like Inco isnt really tumblr-esque, if anything i feel like he is not terminally online to a point, they made him a flavour of lone fag, one who is rich but still unable to hold a friendship to save his life.
I think Inco is the type who believes his work is worth more than it is, he has alot of passion for his hobby but its clear that he overvalues his skills to a point. E1 really shows the endpoint of this, with how he decides to forcibly make Olivia his magnum opus during her speech. While acing the wedding shoot with Idakahn gives you positive inco points for the endings

I think it was interesting how Inco wasnt just a tumblr or pinterest reflavour of Anon, Anon was more cynical while Inco has an ego

Well, as for my question from a few weeks ago about playing Katawa Shoujo on android, vndb saved the day https://vndb.org/v945. There are two options, Reimagined which is made from the ground up to run on android and r7 which is more broad and can even run on a PSP. In case anybody is interested. Right now I'm in a Katawa renaissance where I'm replaying the classic on my phone and the beta on desktop (really need to see a non shitty version of the Shuzine route, even if it sounds it will be very melodramatic).

As for Wani, I see that a few days ago it came out on Android, once I finish with KS, I'll probably buy it and play it on phone as well, will also give some time to fix some of the kinks since it sounds not fully stable yet.
 
To add somewhat to the discourse, Olivia is much closer to Anon than Inco is, hell she even trolls on Moldovan racially segregated forums like anon, which I think works alot better for Wani than just having Inco be Anon but cooler.

While I agree E1 Inco is a rat bastard, E2 Inco is more of a doormat than a bastard. E1 has Inco at his worst and E2 has Olivia at her worst. Ending 2 Anon was a bastard.

This could probably be decent if it actually gets finished, Trish route is my favorite mod for Snoot Game so a version of it that doesn't throw fang under the bus could be very cool, will need to look into that later.

Ye, the "what if" picks up right after during the rooftop scene, so this is before Anon and Fang even become a couple. An gotta say, from what I saw in the demo, it def has some potential if this goes further and doesnt get abandoned.

Only just got into it and I have to agree, while its clear there is quite a bit of work to do, the concept is good enough I hope it gets finished.
The translation needs work though, I assume the team is mostly if not entirely Spanish speakers so the English text has been machine translated, which leads to a lot of weird ass sentences.

They probably are, so do hope the translation gets worked out. Also, must say do like little animations for the sprite models, theres just something oddly neat about them. But ye, gonna keep an eye and see how this project progresses.
 
man, the amount of emotions conveyed through the character design and animation.

Cavemanon have more ability and talent in their collective pinky finger than KOPE could ever dream of having.

I think regardless of some of the issues with Wani's structure or plot, The way it handles Olivia's disability is honestly very heartfelt, from Ending 2 How taking the grant she never asked for or needed breaks her spirit or how her depressive episodes include her lamenting how her tail lets her "walk" unlike other crippled dinos, all building up to this scene

This sequence is a large highlight for me, a culmination of Inco and Olivia's growth and the friendship they all managed to achieve, honestly kinda beautiful
 
My two cents on wani:
It's not snoot 2.0. It's completely different beast. Though, it manages most important task for me - it still makes my suspension of disbelief work like it did with snoot. I enjoyed it for what it was. A very wholesome story of one disabled girl coming out of her shell with a help of a main character. Now Inco is the opposite of Anon. He's a loner not by choice, but by circumstances, due to moving from city to city, while Anon is actively avoiding social interactions due to him being actively mocked by his schoolmates. Love interest is also opposites. Lucy is brash and agitative and Olivia is quiet one.
Well, rambling is over. And game needs patching. If you skip doodling in ending 4 you will get an error message. Also, if you skip, some animations does not work properly
P.s. I got ending 3 on first try and 4 with guide on second. Two points of failure - talking under the rain and rather obtuse way to resolve it during dinner with Liz and Olivia

I think its Punk but also supposed to be more "Unique" than that? Atleast Thats how I always imagined them, the whole 2 basses and all that.


Been trying that New Trish Route mod demo, its decent so far but I am so annoyed by the poor translation I am going to fix some of it myself.
