Will this end up like that other visual novel style game that was announced about black troons dating? Dream Date?

This entire fuckin thing is literally just "How do you do fellow kids? What are your pronouns?" The girl who writes the newspaper columns (Naomi or whatever her name is) is almost worse than Trish.Looking at the shreds of dialogue and commentary I'm just wondering why everyone speaks like a fucking alien new to Earth. Why would you give a shit about a character like the canon Trish who says "Dude, I'm gonna be the spider queen?" The cringy milennial-meme dialogue is hilariously ironic considering that the "loner no-life losers" on 4chan were able to create actually funny, unique, and introspective natural speech in Snoot Game. BTW, just played. It's really good. Usually dislike visual novels but Katawa Shoujo and this are surprisingly really nice.
Why bother? I'm sure Ko-Op knows, deep in their heart of hearts, that anyone not already interested in their knockoff of Snoot Game isn't likely to be swayed by such a cheap Chinese cash grab, and the ones who are will defend it rabidly because there's really nowhere else to go once a a fanbase hits the point of ~uwu gay~ cultish investment.I'm honestly amazed they dont even have a little demo prepared fot Steam fest. You'd think they would least cook up something to show as progress or to interest more people.
Wani hug that gator is aiming for the end of the year. Judging by the ammout of character art they're releasing and I'm seeing on the booru, they'll probably make that target. This game still isn't out? We've had over two years, a bunch of memes, and one fangame/parody, and there's still not even much in the way of a demo available?
Tell that to the devs. I think it's hilarious they keep trying to pretend their project isn't dead or that it isn't gonna be a flop and remembered as "that one terrible scalie VN that Snoot Game is based on."Some of you are way too invested into this, let the abomination die a quiet death
I posted this about a year ago, so let's see what a year's worth of progress brought us:So we're a week away from the one year anniversary of this game being revealed, and
- this thread is dead, such little about what this game actually is has been revealed that there's just nothing to say
- it's still not out yet
This year's PS5 E3 show ended on The Last of Us getting another rerelease, but this time for $70, on a console that can already play the PS4 remaster. Goodbye Volcano High, I hate to say it, was more interesting than most of E3 this year. That's the quality we're dealing with nowadays.
- it's the only game I remember from the PS5 event last year, and that's only because it's at least not bland samey bullshit of the usual variety
- it's not even exclusive to PS5 anymore, it has a listing on Steam with a vague "Planned Release Date: 2021", and no price either
...that, another year later, you still need to get on waitlists to buy, that has fuck all for a library, with the PS4 being just as alive as ever into its 9th year on the market. If you took Goodbye Volcano High as an omen for things to come, you'd be right to do so. The PlayStation 5 isn't the same PlayStation as before. A bunch of creepy woke troglodytes in California sliced off PlayStation's face and are wearing its skin as a mask. It's time to climb high upon a mountain, find a volcano, and say goodbye to PlayStation. It's just perplexing how these total nobodies have that kind of pull, and then just put out fucking nothing a year later. Not even updates to keep the hype momentum going. And yet, Sony trusted those retards to be one of the very first things the public would see, and mentally associate with the PlayStation 5. Like it's a game to get excited to play on your brand new$600$500 home video game console.
You can also add that games like Uncharted, Spiderman, and even Last of Us 1 is coming to steam as well, so really the only game you have left on the PS5 is the new Ratchet&Clank game, as much as I enjoy that series, it's def, not worth buying a PS5 just for one game....that, another year later, you still need to get on waitlists to buy, that has fuck all for a library, with the PS4 being just as alive as ever into its 9th year on the market. It's summer of 2022, where's the game KO-OP?Happy 2 Year Anniversary! (1 day late) Still no updates just a ton of Pride Month retweets of other people's projects and the occasional post about their game:

Yes.
That game was just awful to play, to watch, or to even make fun of, it ruined duke as a character, and failed outright. This is going to be duke nukem Forever except for indie twitter assholes.
If it even comes close to happening, watch them defeat the meteorite by gaying it away or something stupid. These devs do not have the balls figuratively and literally to end it, with the meteorite crashing killing everyone. If "game's" ending don't include meteorite crashing into school, I will be greatly disappointed. Also, it's not a game, it's a visual novel
Or at least have it to the player interpretation that everyone will inminently die like in the show Dinosaurs. If it even comes close to happening, watch them defeat the meteorite by gaying it away or something stupid. These devs do not have the balls figuratively and literally to end it, with the meteorite crashing killing everyone.
Damn, Cavemanon is gonna release 2 full games before the Goodbye Volcano High devs even release one.![]()
