(I apologize if this is a little unorganized/disjointed, this is my first post and thread.)
Goregory/moros-mints, otherwise known as "Gregor" seems like a rather unassuming Tumblrina... until you realize that one of the links on his main blog, moros-mints, links to his "blood blog" - goregory. On moros-mints, this is his FAQ/about me (and his text post tag, which includes the typical "all cis people are awful" shit you see on tumblr):

He also helps run the blog trans-warlock where he creates sigils, and his about me there states:
In another post that he later deleted, he claimed that his pronouns are "hx/hxm - it/its - xe/xem". His system tag and his system page can be found archived at these links; if they weren't mostly uninteresting aesthetic photos for each member of the "system", I would archive them. He has a "full system" text post tag, where he claims: to be a long forgotten god, a creature of pure rage, expresses his desire to eat kids, whatever this means, something about putting small animals in his mouth "not even in a violent way", and various other schizophrenic delusions and hallucinations.
However, none of this is as interesting to me as his apparently bonafied, self-harm blood play that he posts on goregory (which, according to him, isn't self-harm - rather, scarification):
