Having a maladaptive approach to life isn't intrinsically a sign of mental illness; it's often just a symptom of bad character and that's the case with Leech.

Her channel description has long said the channel is about her "crazy" life, in the figurative sense of the word "crazy": hectic and replete with non-stop interesting experiences. Her life is the exact opposite of crazy in that sense too: it's the portrait of mundane, fat, middle-aged single mother who sits around eating and abusing various substances to numb the existential vacuum of her dismal existence. The fleeting attention she gets online when she pulls her skirt over her head like an attention-starved girl on the playground will be the most rich and interesting thing that ever happens to her.

As much as she has touted high end makeup, you'd think she'd get a blush and contour palette somewhere along the line. She's not the only person on the planet that is copy paper white, but if you're going to use a ring light or other kinds of studio lighting you have GOT to use more than just eyes and lips.
