I think most people would agree that when it comes to presenting this kind of story you need to either make it factual with sources, or you need to be entertaining and spin a compelling narrative. DC Media Crone manages to fuck up both, not just here but in her fat girl reactions as well. But that's just how Haydur Nation is, they need to create the most scandalous narrative possible for views because they literally live off it. DC has a supposed full (maybe part time) job in media and churns out videos no better than the rest. This is why most reasonable people question her work history, credentials, and pretty much everything else she claims.

She seems to be pretty bad at presenting a story that makes sense, and it doesn't help that she can't take the slightest amount of criticism without throwing a fit that includes yelling at the camera with a megaphone and threatening lolsuits. But if I had to guess I would say it probably isn't done on purpose, at least in the case of her stolen car story. I think she just really fucking sucks at being a journalist and hates whenever anyone points that out.
