I think her Super Special Psychology Degree is part of her schtick that makes her "educated" and gives her an edge over Amberlynn, an authority to comment on the super deep "psychological" aspects of Amber's life and behavior. Of course, we know that YDHC doesn't have any meaningful psychoanalytical commentary to offer; she is obviously a very surface-level learner without the motivation or passion to pursue a deeper understanding of psychology. (Not to mention she lacks basic manners, kindness, empathy, and understanding, as has also been previously mentioned, based on the way she treats her own viewers and likely those around her irl)

When I found out her last name, I put a decent amount of effort into trying to find any trace of her past or present at Durham University and I came up empty. Doesn't mean it's not there, it just means the nut didn't crack for me.

Yes, but you need specific information such as a person's UCI (Unique Candidate Identification) and UCN (Unique Candidate Number).
They are specific to the individual, and whilst noted on top of any qualification, only exam boards and institutions have access to your grades. You have to pay to get a replacement slip.
I don't think any of her qualifications would come up in a Google search unless she herself has put them out there.
I don't doubt that she has some type of degree. The majority of people do, but I do find it thunk-provoking that Sara's university "BFF" made a soppy graduation post and commented on how Sara "Slipped her way through the Durham system" in a now un-tagged post, lol. I’ve never had any interest in this broad or watched her videos, but when you posted that she was DFE I thought I’d take a look and it led to me to find her mother’s name (Elzbieta Lomzynska), their County Durham address, business (now dissolved) and Facebook, however it appears her mother has recently moved back to Poland and Sara has moved to the North of England with her boyfriend Owen as of 27th of March.

Doesn't she just have a bachelors degree in psychology? All that tells anyone is that she had nowhere to go after school so she went back. In the UK, the government subsidises tertiary education; it's not like the US where getting a degree is a financial achievement. She's just a basic bitch white girl who went to university, and the fact that she's now getting a "second" degree means she wasn't able to make much use of her first one.
