9060 XT 16 GB = ~32% faster than the B580 at 1440p (HUB/TPU).So basically the only "good" GPUs are the Intel Arc B580 and AMD RX 9070XT and even, pricing and stock issues still exists for both these specific GPUs.
That custom map reminds me a lot of the bobsleigh tracks in Mad Tracks.
The only racing game in the market that authentically replicates french car behaviour.
It's good if the prices of 8 GB cards fall, and if you know you won't need more than 8 GB at 1080p. Hardware Unboxed has FPS/lows of the 5060 Ti 8 GB above the 9060 XT 16 GB at 1080p. TechPowerUp shows the same (even 1% lows) at 1080p AND 1440p. Obviously, it's possible to make do with 8 GB.Preliminary sales data seems to indicate that the new 8 GB cards are DOA. There might be a lot of people willing to stomach an 8GB card in 2025 but those people probably bought in last gen or are using secondhand GPUs.
I hope AMD didn't make too many 8GB 9060 XTs. Nvidia can always find ways to dump their crap onto consumers but AMD might have to go dig a hole in New Mexico.
I added some prices together based on feelz ($450 for the CPU, $700 for the GPU) and the pre-built should be at least a little cheaper than DIY with no hassle. Seems good if those are the parts you want and you want them now.9800x3D 9070 xt rig at microcenter for $1600. I have the option to get one. Am I a fool if I don't grab it?
Yes, that's an insane deal if you're fine with AMD. That's like OEM pricing except it's all off-the-shelf stuff so you actually get a non-gimped BIOS.

Even better the motherboard and case aren't pieces of shit either.I added some prices together based on feelz ($450 for the CPU, $700 for the GPU) and the pre-built should be at least a little cheaper than DIY with no hassle. Seems good if those are the parts you want and you want them now.
I don't understand why people were so hyped up about this

The 16 GB model is a better version of the RX 7700 XT, RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, or RX 6800, for less cash (if bought at $350 MSRP). It has more VRAM than the 7700 XT, raytracing at least on par with a 7800 XT (TPU shows that, HUB has it at 7900 XT level at 1080p with 7 games tested), and supports FSR4 out of the box (plus Redstone in the future) which AMD hasn't commited to backporting to RDNA3 cards. It also has full PCIe x16 instead of x8 which would be typical of a card of its size and TDP.I don't understand why people were so hyped up about this
esport-centered games already ran comfortably on nearly 10 year old hardware (at 1080p)
That's a pretty good deal. Unless you're worried about having top end everything, that'll last many years.

In a world where the price of a GPU is what it was actually advertised as, you could use something like this page from a 9070xt review to determine some kind of performance to dollar rate. The numbers on there are only a rough idea, you'd need to do some legwork yourself to figure the proper value of each card due to the actual prices being all over. Here's another question: Is a $600 9070 a better value than a $700 9070 XT?
Allegedly will exist and use GDDR7:Is there any news on the Intel Arc C-Series GPUs?
I got my B580 for MSRP and honestly, best purchase of my life.So basically the only "good" GPUs are the Intel Arc B580 and AMD RX 9070XT and even, pricing and stock issues still exists for both these specific GPUs.
The PC market needs a crash, very very badly.
Get it, its an insane deal
