He's ALREADY been to the mental hospital, they sent him back to jail and court, showing he's already been deemed competent to stand trial and be held accountable for his crimes despite his mental state.his crimes are weak compared to his mental state it wont hold, he will be sent a mental centre and be deemed not a risk to public and walk away, he walks rather you like it or you do not.
Whether it's prison time or probation, Chris is getting consequences whether you like it or not.
