Unlikely, given how badly they wanted 50 to voice CJ (even making resident clown OG Loc look like Ja Rule) only for 50 to turn it down, saying 50 Cent only voices 50 Cent.
Sure that was 20 years ago, but the Housers (or, well, just a Houser) have been known to hold grudges.

Wasn't a lie. Fellow Ex-G-Unit member The Game was in it as was several of Dre's associates. 50 being the hottest rapper at the time was an obvious choice for R* to pursue (remember when R* wanted blockbuster/relevant names in their titles? Good times).

But here we are. Could that change with some really good marketing? Sure, anything is possible. But it sure feels less and less likely since the longer this shit takes to come out the more and more bullshit that piles up on Rockstars plate.

And I should also mention I've got a weird soft spot for Bonnie and Clyde stories on top of that. There's just been too much time and bullshit.

On the surface the premise for GTA6 is actually very interesting, but fuck me if I have any faith at all that modern Rockstar are at all capable of making anything on par with 4, or shit, even the single player of 5. I don't even have hope that the final game will be as good as the fucking leaks. There's no way they're going to let the latina gf be that pretty or have that fat of an ass in 2026 or whenever the fuck the game comes out.

And that too, game took too fucking long to make. I'm sick of waiting 12+ years for sequels. How can I stay interested in the franchise with waits that ridiculously long between entries?

I was about as hardcore and autistic fan of GTA you could be outside of starting a fansite. Even I'm tuned out.

I'm pretty sure at this point, they don't care about the people that have been waiting since 2013. They only care about the children that have been buying Shark Cards since...2018?

My biggest concern is that RockStar just puts out a barebones version of the single player game, then an updated GTA Online, and then starts dropping DLC for the single player game to do stuff that we have always done.

Oh, so you bought the single player game? Cool. You can play it and get the main story. But...
Want the taxi missions so you can get a trophy or some skill or something? Buy the DLC.
Want to be able to customize your car? Buy the DLC.
Want to play the side stories? Buy the DLC.
Want street racing? Buy the DLC.
Want to replay the game but this time get the alternate ending? Buy the DLC.

And you can either buy the DLC with cash or somehow with Shark Cards or online GTA money.

Frankly, if that's the case, I won't bother with GTA6. I just want to be able to buy the game once, have the main game and side stuff and call it a day. Special outfits and weapons and cars as preorder bonuses or you buy the special edition or something, fine, that's just SOP for games, but I'm not interested in DLC for stuff that should already be in any GTA game.

Now, something along the lines of TBoGT or TLaTD was for GTA4 or Undead Nightmare was for RDR? I'm fine with those because they wwre basically a complete side game in the same environment.

I don't see that happening. I think it'll be just like V, SP will be feature complete but eventually abandoned for Online and none of the Online content will be added to SP. There won't be any DLC because they know while DLC can be profitable they can (usually) only be bought once where as Shark Cards don't have that problem.

Someone on reddit seems to have leaked a screenshot of GTA 6, while looking better than the leaks we got last year it still has obvious place holders/unfinished assets,

Archive of the Reddit post (seems to have not got the image saved though, also note Op in comments claims this was part of last years leaks, but i don't remember this being shared then.)

Parts of this image do trip some bullshit detectors in my mind, several parts of this look like areas in Los Santos
In my opinion this is either a Fake image or a Official "Leak" by rockstar to get hype started.
