QUOI? the AI post patch 1.47 started having terminator accuracy on single player as well. AI having a accuracy of 50 is something that online ported into SP, not the other way around. this enhanced edition seems to tease that their accuracy will be back to pre-online levels and it's bullshit, trying to get the "don't get shot" on singleplayer checkmark on the lastest version is extremely hard.
The behavior in SP is drastically different. For example: You stand in front of a car it tries to back up and go around you. Online it just sits there. Textures are nicer too.

"I wonder if the GTA III Remake is real, will they adjust this mission to make it easier."

Espresso to Go isn't that hard, Gtamen. Sorry you can't flip your car over like in GTA V and you decided to play with a randomizer on lmfao
Espresso To Go is piss easy if you remember to drive around to find all the stands first before attacking them.

That one where you have to blow up the plane as it comes in to land is much harder.

I would rather disarm an actual bomb than drive through St. Marks without an armored humvee.

Mafia shotguns are disabled on Espresso to Go tho...

You're thinking of Portland Ambulance late game or Bling Bling Scramble I think.

Edit: Not Bling Bling Scramble. Whatever that mission was for the Red Jacks that took you to Portland. Although they might have been disabled for that too.

i'm talking about the shooting AI, in online they don't dodge because it would require more stuff to be enabled, many shit from SP is disabled on online but thanks to lastest updates many things broke, if you shoot a cop in SP with 1.52+ there's a chance he'll "flip" near the ground and take no damage, ported from online... terminator shooting accuracy, sometimes becoming aggressive and ramming your car just like you were doing a car delivery, randomly stopping so you'd hit them, from car delivery too...
they broke the AI terribly because of online and their jew tactics, snipers are scripted on SP so they won't headshot you unless you spawn and give a weapon to a NPC, then they will.

Nice to know RDR2 and it's dumb ass cold weather clothing bug isn't the only massive fuck up Rockstar has done with online fuckery.

You guys remember the days when Phil Collins would randomly show up in Vice City Stories as a special guest?

There were even two missions where you had to protect Phil from being killed:

How Rockstar went from Phil Collins to having Dr. Dre only do an appearance on just his name alone is proof that their celebrity cameo skills are lacking.

Was the AI always this bad and I was just too busy dodging jet bikes to notice?
As gamers we've conditioned to tune this stuff out. Like a solar eclipse or the bloom of a corpse flower, the release of a quality AAA game is a rare event noteworthy for that fact alone.

You want a literal take on Vice City from the source, I highly recommend Scarface: The World is Yours. Scarface's Miami is barren compared to R*'s colorful Vice City, but it is an authentic, engaging experience of open world licensed gameplay.

Even if you haven't seen the movie, it's an enjoyable game in its own right. Hell, I'd consider it a sequel TO it.
