Garages in GTA 3 are broken. Game is unstable, prone to crashes. It seems like the game is "sped up" with dialogue being out of sync.

Kind of unrelated but I cannot fucking stand, when people upload GTA playthrough's and turn off the music just so they can get a few fucking Google shekels. It's part of the experience for fuck's sake. Maybe the homo's who do this can upload their Fortnite gameplay while they're at it and turn off the gun sounds.

Makes me a little MATI, yes.

I have all 3 originals on my OG Xbox. Wish I had bought them on steam but I really did not expect rockstar to fuck this remaster so badly. Also, is it just me or is VC blurry as fuck in certain videos?

In GTASeriesVideos' defense, YouTube's flawed copyright system is to blame for that. They do not account for fair use at all. Either the video would get muted or blocked in some countries. And there's no way to fight it. If you want to watch 3D era GTA playthroughs with music, I recommend GTAMissions.

Yeah, you're right. In my impotent rage I forgot that some songs cause whole sections of videos to be muted whether the uploader is out for shekels or not. Still annoying either way.

I would think R* would account for THAT and add a "streamer mode" to where it would mute music FOR YouTube uploads.

I’m thankful I pulled a @CWCissey and bought all of the original PS1 versions of GTA instead of wasting time downloading this.

When you have PS1 games like the first and second GTA games and London 1961 looking more fun and entertaining then the “remastered“ versions that I’m looking at with GTA III and GTA: Vice City, I’m pretty sure you’re not doing the job that you’re doing.

People might laugh at me for wasting almost $60 on games that were made back in 1998, but at least I’m not silly enough to think that playing a GTA III game that looks like a GTA IV rip off is “fun”.

This is basically what Rockstar is telling us original fans for still wanting to have the glory days back:

I look forward to the woke types saying they intentionally did this and that it's a "racist caricature of Asian women."
On another note, the funniest thing about this whole debacle is the fact that if they hired those skilled and hyper autistic detail freak modders to work on this instead of suing them, this shit wouldn't have turned out to be an utter joke.

Don't quote me on this, but I think they made Wrong Side of the Tracks easier by either slowing the train down or making Smoke more accurate.

Removing the haze weather effect from the PS2 version of San Andreas makes the world look emptier.

I was watching GTASeriesVideo's stream of the game and holy shit the draw distance.

You can literally see Mount Chiliad from Las Venturas and they aren't even at the highest point in the city in that shot. Removing the fog really shows how small the map of San Andreas really is and not for the better. This reminds me of those videos where people deliberately remove the fog to show off the map size but at least in those videos it's intentional.

I was always driven crazy by the how you could spawn chiliad from across the map but you can't do anything about the vehicle/vegetation pop-in.
