Oh and get this, if you only buy Online you still have to download the entire game.
Sounds like they learned from Activision with Warzone.

Normal price: $20 for Online and $40 for full game.
With sale: $10 for Online and $20 for full game.
PS users get Online free for first 3 months and have and I believe the full game is even cheaper for them.
There's no reason why this RE-re-release could not had been a free upgrade for existing owners.

I also think it should've been free like other next-gen patches, but I'm shocked they aren't greedy enough to charge at least $60.

I guess even they know there isn't enough to justify a full price tag, or maybe it's an "apology" for the GTA Trilogy.

I don't like how GTA V turned Martin Madrazo into a joke antagonist. I believe with more screen time and a slight change in plot, Madrazo would be a force to be reckoned with.

I dunno, according plebbit that price is fair.

I mean it's not like any other games have gotten free updates for the new consoles.

Got my hands on a refurbished New Nintendo 3DS XL, should I consider getting Chinatown Wars?

The cheapest I've seen is $35 on GameStop, is that a worthwhile purchase for someone that never played it before?

A lot of people complained about those cheesy mini-games. (e.g Different ways to access cars: either hotwire, screwdriver in the ignition, or hacking.) Others said it added a whole other layer of realism to the game.

No. Pirate it.

FlyLo FM basically had the likes of industrial electronic music, alternative rap, alternative R&B, house music, etc.

I’m willing to argue that Flying Lotus was clearly listening to SF-UR on GTA: San Andreas growing up as a kid, because he really tried to recreate that aesthetic on the in game radio station.
It's also kind of a successor to Saints Row 3's Adult Swim station.

The drug dealing system was one of the standout things to come out of not just the game, but the entire HD era IMO.

It is a lot of fun.

The only antagonist that was slightly decent from V was Wei Cheng, and he was barely in the game.

Steve Haines is a joke, Devin Weston is an even bigger joke and Stretch is absolutely nothing.
I know, Cheng was the only villain with an intimidating presence. It helped that he had some buildup going on in the background.

Haines is an absolutely pathetic copy of Tenpenny, and Weston only amounts to a "Fuck you, I'm rich!" guy (in a game that goes out of its way to not reward cash, his betrayal was merely par for the course). I don't even know what the hell Stretch did to deserve getting whacked beyond setting up shady deals with the Ballas, it's not like Franklin gave a shit about the hood after he got the mansion.

The stuff with Stretch was akin to a really lame attempt to retell CJ's story arc from San Andreas, only with far less time due to the three-character system + V having the least amount of story missions overall to begin with.

San Andreas's telling wasn't perfect (Sweet comes across like a massive asshole toward CJ), but I feel it ultimately conveyed the balance between reaching out for more in the world whilst remembering your roots. With Franklin, it's just glanced over because the focus is in so many other places.
