@Slav Power I don't think they were all period pieces, I'm saying I think they SHOULD be period pieces, and my big argument for that is both that historical (20th Century) American cities are more interesting than contemporary ones and their two most beloved installments (San Andreas and Vice City) were, surprise surprise, period pieces (80s and 90s) that had much more charm because of it. That perhaps I don't give a shit about III and IV and Chinatown Wars because of their boring fucking settings, which I don't have to play to know I wouldn't like. And V sucked ass.

Realize that the leaked footage is pre-alpha. Of course it'll use the GTA V framework before revamping the engine over time.

I don’t know if the same kind of women are still working in the studio, but that sure is a lot of women.
