I was also in the Discord Server when all this shit was first exposed, so I'll try and recall some things that haven't been brought up yet. So as you can see in one of those messages, Grant says "Driscoll brothers orgy". Grant has another nephew named Scott Driscoll, Shawn's brother, who Grant has also featured in some of his songs and albums, as seen here


Edit: it should be noted that much of the porn audio Grant uses in his music are from the lewd videos of Shawn.

I don't know why this comes as such a shock to people. Almost every musician in the last 100 years has been a sex pest of some variety. There's something about fame that makes you chase crazier, and greasier cooms.

  • Shawn Driscoll is Grant's nephew and possibly a Canadian political figure of some kind (is this confirmed?)
  • Shawn and Grant have had a close and sexual relationship for presumably many years, since a lot of songs off of various Ram Ranch installments over the years have been named after him
  • Shawn (and this is speculation/extrapolation now) may have discovered sex tapes he made with Grant had been posted somewhere online and decided to take legal action against Grant for this, as the document on Reddit is a restraining order that also forbade Grant of publishing any more sexual content of Shawn online.
  • Now Grant is in jail. And also he is an old man which is a factoid that shook me to my very core
Is that all we know about this so far?

We already knew he was old. He was an investment banker who claims to have arranged the acquisition of Reserve Oil & Gas Company by the Getty Oil Company and been stiffed out of a $6 million (CN) finders fee.

They weren't sex tapes of Grant and Shawn together. Apparently it was mostly solo shit and Shawn and his black boyfriend.

Grant is mentally unwell and the judge may rule him legally incompetent. If the judge does so, there’s a nonzero chance one of his relatives gets Power of Attorney over him. Shawn would likely pressure them into agreeing to MAID on Grant’s behalf.

Translation for non-Canadians: Grant has a right to commit suicide if he so desires, and in Canadia it's legal for him to receive assistance from a physician if he's too much of a pussy to do it himself.
