hitlips also gave Florida a fake address too. Something this court has failed to correct or address for years". By every conceivable metric the plaintiff has failed to properly litigate his case.
This really does need to be brought up again since the Florida court has run into the same issue as the Utah court.

Just starting the motion with an outright lie, huh?
The lies started even sooner, in the very first line:

The motion to continue was filed (and timely opposed, and denied) May 2nd.

Mr Hardin has inferred, based on the narrative that you have provided.
Inferring should certainly be permitted, since Greer has ASSUMED how the law works on numerous prior occasions and expected his ASSUMPTIONS not to be used against him (like ASSUMING there was a "blanket SPO" despite never having read the SPO).

Hardin's response will likely point out that this is yet another transparent vexatious and hollow attempt by the plaintiff to zero out or negate the Sanctions that have already been dropped on him that he still refuses to pay. It's a scam.

This of course goes hand in hand with pointing out that the ongoing litigation is the result of the plaintiff refusing to provide discovery, refusing to comply with repeated court orders, repeatedly lying to the court with practically every filing. Etc. "Oh and BTW Judge Shitlips also gave Florida a fake address too. Something this court has failed to correct or address for years". By every conceivable metric the plaintiff has failed to properly litigate his case.
From your lips to Hardin's ears. I sure do hope he does get his opposition in quickly, with a succinct recap of such important reminders.

ETA: If anybody was wondering, there are no stacked Instathot screenshots in today's PDF. Good job, Greer. Gold star!

ECF 346; Greer wants to sanction the defense

He claims that Luella Dwayne emailed him, and created fraudulent emails but doesn't even include it as an exhibit. I can't believe he's just defaming Ms. Dwayne like that. I want to see evidence! Luella is innocent!

Plaintiff has been robbed of sleep by having to answer the motions of Mr. Hardin.
I always love it when Russell tries to paint a picture of his own suffering. He's ever wracked with insomnia, vomiting, crying, jumping in front of trains, etc.

Russell bitching about Hardin needlessly inflating the number of filings with frivolous, unmerited motions is irony of the highest order.

Ugh, there you go again. Nitpicking every little thing agreed says. He’s honestly trying his best and it shouldn’t matter if the dates are wrong and the citations are wrong and the timing for a sanction is wrong and sir, this is a copyright case!

Bizarrely.

I love Greer bingo. I’m looking forward to Hardin’s response.

Suffah, judge. I hope this case becomes the albatross that forever hangs around his neck. I hope when he goes to eat his judge lunch I'm the judge cafeteria that all the other judges point and snicker at him. "Hey Benny! Heard you came down with a bad case of IPF! Maybe another 69 filings will clear it up, Jackass Jerry!" The chants of "GREEE" from the bailiffs and public defenders growing until Bennet becomes too embarrassed and upset so he leaves for his chambers. On the way down the hall a Chad prosecutor dumps his judge tray while his goofy DA pal flips Bennett's robe in front of the cute clerk he's crushing on. Her laughter reminds him that life never really got better once he left the tenth grade and so he cracks open a bottle of Kessler as he blankly waits for the next filing to drop in this hell that has become his life.

Suffah, judge. Suffah.

Does russ actually think he has the advantage, here? That the court is going to get pissed off at the defendants for pointing out that plaintiff was lying his ass off? I would say it's the court's fault for being too gentle with him but I guess he never learns, no matter what. He's going to keep doing things like this until the case is thrown out, and then probably continue for some time.

is a "tiny continuance motion" anything like a " little, itty bitty publicity stunt"?

i'd also like to note that from may 2nd (ecf 276) to july 15th (ecf 346) there are 70 docket entries, not including clerical entries without a docket number. of those:
- 19 entries are decisions, orders, or other entries by the court
- 23 entries were filed by greee
- 28 entries were filed by mr. hardin (including requests for transcripts / audio recordings and status reports)

Brilliant, it only took Russ two weeks to come up with “yuh hona Matthew Hardin pointed out that I lied to the court. Also this random person called me a retard. Make him pay me two thousand dollars bish” shine on you crazy diamond. (But not really this farce needs to end)

This nigger's panicking. He knows the court are going to start demanding the kind of sums that will eat into his whore fund, so he's flailing desperately in his attempt to avoid it.

Come on you useless judges. Start doing your goddam job. Greer STILL hasn't paid his sanctions -- time to start ramping up those awards.

Also, isn't it time we knew where Greer lived? Where will null send the bailiffs when he doesn't get paid? Time to stop Russell from hiding his ass away from public view.

If Russ feels that he has been wronged and deserves money via sanction, is he not expected to provide a breakdown of the costs he was forced to pay? I doubt any filings he did pay for even amount to half of what he is seeking.
Or is he hoping to spin it as a cost to his mental health for not litigating a case he willingly initiated? Which is worth 2000 dollars apparently and coincidentally would pay off his now 1500 dollar sanction he has been avoiding.
