Grinding gears.

People who subscribe to that bullshit belief that anyone under ten who likes Pokemon is a manchild.

People who subscribe to that bullshit belief that any video game not rated M isn't worth playing.

It's not like Nintendo is trying to sway public opinion over Pokemon's general fanbase.

One of my favourite games Bully was rated T, and it helped the game tremendously since the lack of swearing and violence actually added to the satirical nature of the game.

One of my favorite games is Metroid Prime, and it's rated T. I remember once I was talking to a guy about it, and he was like, "Yeah, but it's only rated T. What's the point?"

I don't see anything you could have added to bump it up to an M without detracting from the game.

This I can agree with to a very far point. Just because a game has an M rating doesn't mean it's good. There are good games out there that aren't rated M such as Banjo-Tooie, Sims 3, Armored Core 4: For Answer, and many others.

Karen Traviss and her hard-on for Mandalorians. You know what? Let's add in people who insist Boba Fett is badass as well. I just don't get it, what's so badass about a guy who leaps into lightsaber range and gets beaten by a blind man with a stick?
I was so happy when she rage-quit. I can't figure out what she was thinking. GL is infamous for doing whatever the hell he wants, and has already publicly stated that he basically doesn't give a shit about the EU.

People who can't read directions. Like the members of my class group.

Cmon guys, I sent you an email with information about our meeting times AND posted it in big bold letters at the top of the google doc and you're still asking me about it?

Google Glass. Knowing this thing exists makes me angry. I thought we were at least 50 years away from becoming the dumb lethargic cyborgs seen in Wall-E and then this goofy thing comes along and now I think it's happening before the end of the 10's. What offends me most about this thing is how it's going to affect our social culture. For example, just recently I had to get on my friend's case because he pulled out a phone to play games at the table while we were celebrating someone's birthday. It will be worse when they have those fucking things on their heads and you can't even tell if they're even listening to you. Well excuse me if your friends aren't important enough for 5 minutes of your attention, but I've had enough of this shit. Do people REALLY need to be connected to their online network so much they need it on their god damn face? God damn it. To hell with Google Glass and everything it stands for.

*stress sigh*

I feel like I was born in the wrong generation.

Looking at that, I do wonder how the future is going to be. Maybe we should watch all the technology we use unless we want to be the dumb lethargic cyborgs from Wall-E.

The creepy guys at the bus stop who ask if the man you happen to be standing next to is your boyfriend.

It actually makes me wish I DID have a boyfriend, but a big, burly, mean looking guy who could send the creep cowering with just a look.

Sorry, I'm gay. :tomgirl:

Thinking over what else grinds my gears, I would like to say people who commit genocide in the name of racial purity.

Grinding gears are for the smaller-scale frustrations...

People who say they're in the "friendzone". Look, dude, she just wants to be friends, and you want to be more. I get that, that can be frustrating. But it's not her fault, so stop acting like it is.

I'm sorry about then, thinking on smaller-scale frustrations, I'd like say what grinds my gears is reading the idiotic rantings of love-shys and SJW's. The former is whiny misogynistic fools, some of whom defend rape. SJW's are the side who complain about "white cis-scum hierachy", thinking that if you are white, then you get the easy life. Doesn't help that some apparently don't like people of mixed heritage.

The friendzone is a place I like to be in personally. Having a relationship is typically a lot of stresses and being in a position where you can take a girl out and not have to deal with that is a very blissful arrangement.

Wanna be my third wife? I'm sure Mrs. Dude and Megan would like you more than Anna. We were just going to make her take care of the house anyways. AUGH YEAH

My air conditioner waking me up at 3:30am making a rattling, grinding, dying sound. But I need my AC to sleep....

It's only a friendzone if your hitting on her/hope to be in a relationship with her.

The new Youtube comment system.

Is it a good thing that I can't see it?

Why, yes. Yes it is.

It's weird, the people you see in top comments (comment system prioritizes G+ kool-aid drinkers) don't even seem like real people. I say that because they never have anything remotely critical or subversive to say. It's like Google genetically engineered all of them and removed the genes that enable free-thought, criticism and any kind of negative emotional reaction.
