Gunther stays winning. Honestly I'd completely agree with the guy if he favored Irish membership in NATO in echange for Irish Unification rather than Ireland joining NATO regardless of the liberation of the 6 counties.

The number of flags on Mr Felinger's lapel (and the way that they're chaotically arranged) leads me to strongly suspect that this man is a clever satirist.
Whether this started as satire, or instead evolved into satire over time in response to the reception he was getting I'm not sure, but as familiar as I am with the 'Davos Man' types who unironically think this way, I have a seriously hard time believing that this isn't merely an elaborate series of shitposts, and if so, I have to say that it's very well done. Even governments are being fooled.
Honestly, I think it would be much more bizarre if it turned out that he was being totally sincere.

Edit: Though I will say he admitted he plays up the character to present his idea without the autistic level of explanation required. If you listen to his few podcast appearances he does have a deeply autistic understanding of his neck of the woods.
