I can't believe we're in the timeline where the great memetic champion of the European Union - one of the foremost projects of globohomo which is infamous for aggressively shitting on and subverting or outright nullifying actual democracy within its member-states if they dare vote against giving more power over themselves to EU bureaucrats or choking on the brown rainbow-painted dick - is objectively a better Christian, a better man and a better thinker than le heckin' based and trad Russian Orthobro champion of ye goode olde values. To the extreme that the former is now the one calling for the remigration of hostile swarthoids while the latter has just declared himself to be the jeets' best friend & that jeets are superior to the white race.

Total Habsburg victory, total Muscovite defeat & death, I kneel before Der Reichskrone. And on that note it turns out the Habsburgs actually did contest elections for the Polish-Lithuanian throne three times IRL, to think that there's an alternate timeline out there where Habsburg-led troops were the ones to march into Moscow and their chin became the universal marker of gigachad-ness...

The reason Gunther lost the first time around is because he needs help learning how to paint maps. Fortunately, I know just the guy to teach him the art of painting. He's Austrian too, so they should get along.

I am actually thinking of buying it just for the meme. It has only an German edition so far since it's clearly aimed towards Austrian people. He is working on the English edition tho.

Just put in my Amazon Order. I didn't expect it to be 450 pages long but from what he said in the video, he will be going over the historical background of Austria's neutrality etc. I doubt that he'll present a neutral view, so it's probably gonna be a good look into how Günther's brain works.

The book appears to be Günther rambling for 423 pages, with additional pages of assorted documents, speeches and quotes about NATO and neutrality.
The book features 78 chapters of varying length and importance. I would split the chapters up as follows (judging by titles, I have yet to read them):
  1. Chapters 1-4: "Why I wrote this book", Günther's political roots, how the current crisis could have been prevented and how the Zigger invasion destroyed the illusion of peace & neutrality.
  2. Chapters 5-9: Overview of neutrality and Austria's history with it
  3. Chapter 10: Russia: The Enemy in the East
  4. Chapters 11-18: History of NATO and why it is superior to the Ziggers
  5. Chapters 19-37: #ExNeutralNations In these chapters Günther goes over every ne*tral country in Europe and it's sphere of influence, other than Austria, and explains why they should join NATO. Special Guest: Israel! For some reason, Ireland has 2 chapters dedicated to it, one calling it "left[wing] radical anticolonial immoral NATO-objectors" and the other ones comparing its history and neutrality to Austria.
  6. Chapters 38-43: Fehlinger-Doctrine explained. Comically, there is also a 2nd chapter called "Why I wrote this book"
  7. Chapters 44-49: Günther goes over Austrian neutrality and why it is wrong to be neutral, as well as Austrian internal politics with his views on each (major) Austrian political party
  8. Chapter 50: #ExNeutrality Günther deboonks 11 arguments for (Austrian) neutrality
  9. Chapters 51-62: Why and how Austria should join NATO and benefits for either side
  10. Chapters 62-74: Overviews of Austria's relation with every major NATO country and an overview of assets of both Austria and NATO
  11. Chapters 75-78: A guide to deboonking pro-neutrality (or even pro-Russian) opinions and how to spread pro-NATO views
As can be seen by very similar sounding topics in my multi-chapter summaries (the actual chapters were even closer in name), the book seems to repeat the same topics multiple times and was likely written rather quickly and recently, as it also includes a chapter on the Iran war early on (Chapter 12). I expect it to be written off the top of Günther's head, which I expected and appreciate. Sadly, work is busy at the moment, so I don't know how quickly I will get through the book. Regardless, I will take notes and either comment every few chapters, or do a complete overview once I am done.
