But people got really mad at us in the 90s when we started taking justice in our own hands and it's now one of the few things the secret service actually works on.
It's also not as easy as it used to be. Plenty of gypos stole enough shit out west to make gypo gated communities. And when you roll with that much cash you can bribe the cops and government with ease, intimidate and outright kill those you can't buy. One of their favorite tactic is to buy/steal/coerce an apartment in a housing block and be absolute niggers forcing the neighbors out and to sell to other gypos until they take over the building, and then they move onto the next building and the next until they have taken whole streets, neighborhoods, towns.
But the situation isn't that bleak. Gypos have no ties to the land. The gypolets all would rather stay in the west and keep stealing shit than come back to a place where everyone hates them and doesn't hide their contempt, but do hide their wallets. So while they have created Gypo no go zones(sometimes literally, they make junk barricades so cars can't drive) their numbers are shrinking, so much so it makes the socialist and the gypos upset as it reduces their political power. Also that high gypo density will make things easy when we have another government collapse.
There is also a divide in the gypo nation. There are two groups.

When I worked patrol in an area North of LA, the first time I came about them was them begging for money in parking lots saying their kids were hungry.

Both my mother and father grew up in Finland. In the States, my mother would never bad mouth negroes or Latinos or gays. My experience with gypsies is from my times in Finland and primarily in Helsinki. I've seen them sporadically around the country, but during the summer there's a fair many of them hustling in Helsinki. I've seen them peddle petty goods, beg, and gather trash. When I was done with the bottle, a grotesque gypsy woman reaches out from over my shoulder to grab the bottle. What sticks out in my mind is not the intrusion but her hygiene. As to what I have heard them do. I've heard allegations of:

• Trafficking stolen children.
• Robbing and burglarizing charities.
• Murder over petty squabbles.
• Rape and molestation of women and children.
