I can't believe this is actually an argument that a debunk video needed to be made...

Dumbass zoomers discovered Half-Life and now they're trying to cancel Gordon Freeman, an imaginary character, as if he was a real person. What a godless generation of retarded ingrates.
There aren't even any sexual interactions between them, the pacification field is up for most of the game anyways so this really is either someone reaching so they can make a retarded youtube video on it to pay the rent or they're just that brainrotted from twitter.

It's also retarded because she has a crush on him, but there's no indication whatsoever it's reciprocated.
TELL THAT TO VALVE.
EP2 basically marrying them was really, really fucking retarded and gay but valve was in love with that character and they wanted the player to have a shitty, annoying sidekick, a thing of that gaming era to be honest, if gordon was duke nuken then that whole marriage thing wouldn't be as retarded but gordon is a silent protagonist and you would need dialogue rpg stuff for a potential romance to work.

I got recommended this as well and was confused because I'm pretty sure it was common knowledge among HL fans that Gordon Freeman in HL2 was the exact same as he was in HL1, due to him being frozen in stasis for 20 years.

Then again though, the Youtuber states that it was Tumblr HLVRAI fans who were spouting the claim and harassing people over it, so it once again validates my belief that HLVRAI was both a mistake and a complete detriment to the Half-Life community.
Daily reminder that you shouldn't be allowed to play any Half-Life games if you watch HLVRAI.

Sorry im late also was reccomended this just today, I thought it was common knowledge that she was in her late 20's if people think alyx is still a teenager need to get the fuck off pornhub immediately, what also should be common knowledge is that HLVRAI is made for trannies.

HLVRAI is the "DBZA" of Half Life, normies start to unironically take it as gospel over the original...somehow....despite it making it clear its satire.

We are witnessing the consequences of porn induced brainrot, it will surely be for the history books.

I never understood the appeal of HLVRAI. I remember watching an episode or two when it was just popping off some years ago and it's literally just some friend group fucking about in gmod and pretending to be NPCs. Frankly I found it cringe and not worth paying attention to.

The first few episodes had some really good jokes when I watched them the first time, and it was fun for that aspect of it just being friends doing stupid stuff in VR GMOD. Granted it probably wouldn't hold up now. I remember not finishing it because they kind of went too deep into providing some sort of story for it, and that just got in the way of it just being fun. Tale as old as time for anything it seems.

Speaking personally, I found HLVRAI really funny at first because it was just a bunch of friends messing around in gmod. I've always liked the Half-Life games a lot (Half-Life 2 specifically is one of my favorite games period), and HLVRAI just kind of reminded me of the gmod/SFM spoof videos that I personally always found at least amusing. But then as HLVRAI continued, it just spiraled into more of that bullshittery of trying to be larger and more "epic" than it had any reason to be. All it really had to be was at least a funny little miniseries that just messed around in a really good (albeit janky) game like HL1. Of course, as well, the fandom of tourist-type Zoomers and Gen Alphas - the kind who recognize the G-Man as "the guy from Skibidi Toilet" instead of Half-Life - sucked the air out of the room for me. Then the showrunners's faggy virtue signaling on real world shit struck the fatal blow; I can't even bring myself to watch HL2VRAI, whenever the hell that comes out.

Besides, none of those showrunners could ever in their lifetimes top this:

What I’m seeing is a shame, a few years ago I saw a few episodes of HLVRAI and I thought it was genuinely funny, it was friends creating a series and having fun
It fell into the spiral of being popular amongst twitch zoomers and having the fanbase evolve around their sensibilities, Plus really early on in it's lifespan one of the group came out as trans and said "trans rights" on stream, which went how you would expect.
It was probably doomed from the start to a degree, didn't help much that it constantly got compared to Freeman's Mind despite the two series being entirely different things.

Ohonononono please don't ruin the mod :stress:

you wanna know something really funny? That troon was the guy who voiced Grigori in the mod. No I'm not making that up

Anyways, I'm at least excited to see how the wasteland will be handled. It'll be really hard to beat Dark Interval's take though.

New HLX Files going over recent developments, including new code leaks.

e: He states that the rumor he is currently hearing from his sources is that the trailer is being worked on. Of course, he gives his whole disclaimer about grains of salt and all that, but I believe him. He also... gives a hint of something possibly happening in November. He gives this information to counter the speculation on social media regarding the game not actually being content-locked; a portion of this video is dedicated to his firm belief that it is. Tyler usually never says stuff like this unless he is extremely confident in the information (and I really do mean this, he usually never is this specific, because he hates leading people on).

Guy is a fag, but I genuinely can't knock his reporting on this stuff. He was right about Half-Life Alyx, for years prior to coming out similarly to this, and he constantly yells at people to not fall for the Game Awards bait or fake leaks, going out of his way in this video to debunk several fake rumors.

Yeah but
>Tyler McNigger
He's like the Alex Jones of Half-Life. Overblows shit out of proportion, conveys his point in ridiculously outlandish ways that make him sound like a schizo, and is right twice a day like a broken clock. Doesn't change the fact that most of the time he talks out of his ass.
