Yes, soon, I am, I will be a plague doctor, party with family, my pumpkin will be a ghost, Payday bars or good pizza, I love Halloween I am NOT growing out of it lol. The last part of every year always has the best holidays back to back.

1 - Sure.
2 - October 1.
3 - Probably just me.
4 - Probably headless horseman.
5 - Just spooky fun, probably no party.
6 - Generic pumpkin.
7 - I will probably trick or treat vegetables somehow.
8 - Why do Halloween autists always start celebrating it in August?

1 - Not until I receive direct orders.
2 - See above.
3 - I will kill myself before I ever wear a costume. It's what the Samurais would want, from one on the path of the honorable warrior. Other people in the house will, and that's fine.
4 - I don't know and I don't want to know. Knowing feels almost as weird as wearing a costume.
5 - I have not been informed, but I have put in a volunteer application to stay home and hand out candy. It's really where my skillset lies.
6 - N/A
7 -
A - Turning your lights off once it gets dark.
B - Dollar bills if you don't have a lot of kids.
C - Chick tracts and toothbrushes if you want to achieve neighborhood villain status.
8 - Halloween isn't evil, but it is overrated by adult autists.

HELL YEAH
I’ve been crafting decorations, sewing costumes (a witch hat), and just put up lights.
Planning on going to a hayride/pick your own pumpkin farm with the family.
Spice cake, cookies, and chai tea are going to be in my kitchen all of October (and November probably).
Little tabby is just old enough to understand trick or treating so we’ll give it a go in a more quiet neighborhood with sidewalks.

Make sure, girls, to post your Halloween costumes for the upcoming costume contest. DM me them to see if you qualify

I'm broke AF right now and my one trip to the big city (so I could supply myself back when I had money a month ago) was hijacked by my sister and I prolly won't go back till after October. Last year I had this super ambitious plan that was wrecked last minute and I had to settle for budget costume of my pfp.
If I get a half decent costume, I'll be attending a uni party.

1 - My house is Samhain-ready at all times.
2 - See #1
3 - It is under consideration.
4 - Masked spree killer of some variety.
5 - Pending.
6 - ...pie making?
7 - Those little liquor bottles they give you on airplanes. Get 'em started young.
8 - Do NOT use a Ouija board in place of a cutting board. If I had a nickel for how many headless, featherless, demonically-possessed chickens I created...I'd have a lot of nickels.

I sadly work this Halloween, but it is on the graveyard shift so I’ll be sure to be extra spooky this year.

I will be making a homemade Pumpkin spiced latte this year, but this time it’ll be the low sugar/no carb version of one. I fully intend to sit on my porch and hand out candy right before going to work.

I have to work the next day, so no parties. I'll sit on my balcony all cuddled up in at least one blanket and drink tea with a shot of rum and smoke a bowl of good tobacco. There is nothing cozier. I hope there will be fog as well!

I have a giant spiderweb on my front lawn, and I need a skeleton of some kind for it.

I need to make my husband's costume. The ladies at his office have voted to do M&Ms, and he's the yellow one. He wanted Minions to win, because he was going to go as Gru. He doesn't get a say in these, and it's funny to me.

I have some of the decorations up but the children are holding fast on "no window lighting" until mid October. Little fascists.

I am extremely tired of the local "muh allergies, muh sensitivities" mothers so I went to Temu and bought a variety of Hallowe'en trinkets instead of sweets. I will still buy sweets obviously but will eat them all myself.

The kids want to do a Minecraft theme this year. Last year was Mario Kart so I guess at least this year I'm not building a giant mushroom. Tips on Minecraft costume builds would be appreciated. I guess I'm building a set of mob heads and then, uhhhh, just buying t shirts and trousers in the correct colour?

Nope nothing mentioned in here, so i guess i am off the hook for now. I think they start halloween themed stuff in school. Not sure though.

1 - Are you decorating
More fall than Halloween but there will be some.
2 - When are you decorating
First day of fall the majority of the decorations went up.
3 - Are you costuming yourself or others
Yes, theme is TBD, but for the first time in a long time I'm considering joining in with a family costume.
4 - Costume deets pls
Cute, not spoopy.
5 - Party plans/Celebration plans
There will be one big good eats party and then town activities on separate days.
6 - Pumpkin ideas
I'd like to know if people have had good success with using markers or paints to decorate pumpkins vs carving them and if so any tips/recommendations.
7 - Ideas for trick or treat things that aren't sweeties
There's been good book handouts I've seen but that'll depend entirely on location and demographics. Pretzels is a food one that's not sweet.
8 - Any other relevant Hallowe'en spergery
I remained undeterred from autistic spergs in enjoying and celebrating holidays. There's a lot of cringe with Halloween and Christmas online and even more "bah! Humbug!" I will ignore them both and have an enjoyable time with family and friends.

I don’t really like to decorate for any holiday, but there will be baking and there will be crafts. I have a cute Halloween design to screen print on shirts for my co-workers, and my boyfriend and I have been working on papier mâché masks of Manny and Meche in Grim Fandango:

We don’t have any specific plans for these, but costumes are more fun to make than they are to wear IMO

I've got the Halloween window display and chalk art up at work already with some more stuff on the way. At home I'll just do some things in our front window and yard, and carve a pumpkin. I wait until the last minute to carve pumpkins. We have a history of hot weather right before Halloween and I've had plenty a pumpkin melt into festering goo before Halloween comes.

I volunteered to work on Halloween so I can help put on a daytime event, and now I'm trying to come up with a work appropriate way to go as Rouge the Bat. We're going to be giving away the Trick or Trade Pokemon cards through that week and I'm planning to make little goodie bags with one pack, a ghost-type Pokemon card, and some stickers and candy. Then I'll have to cycle home really fast so I can give candy and Pokemon cards out at my house too because Casa De Reldnahc does NOT fuck around for Halloween.

Some other goodies I've given out in the past have been spider rings, Halloween pencils, and skull shaped bubble wands. Little kids go apeshit for spider rings, the older kids often go for the pencils.
